"My family and I moved in early 2019. Lydia and staff were great in expediting our application process for the best available unit. The maintenance staff always goes above and beyond. Shortly after moving in our fridge began to have issues. Maintenance tried several fixes with no resolve so they ended up replacing fridge with a brand new one. I'll leave you with this they have always worked with my family to ensure we felt comfortable."

"Currently living here. Maintenance is super awesome and very responsive. Office staff is very communicative and addresses concerns in a timely manner. The 2-bed has great space and nice sized laundry room. Good sized balcony. Pricing is great considering square footage and rental costs of the area. Not really a lot of noise issues outside of people living their lives. Neighbors are nice and kids are quiet at night."

"I have waited for almost 3 years to write a review in hopes that I would have something good to say eventually. Nope. It started off bad and I should've known at that moment, this experience would not be the greatest. The day I moved in which was Oct. 31st, my apartment was not ready. I was not able to move anything into my bedroom due to a very bad smell coming from the carpet. The window in the bedroom had a piece of glass missing and there was grafitti on my patio. Keep in mind, I still got charged 26 dollars for the day I moved in, even though it wasn't ready until days after.The turnover has been pretty high as far as leasing agents in the office. Maintenance never fixes things correctly the first few times. It's always a quick fix. I have had multiple requests over the length of a year and a half at 1 point, because they never do it right the first time. The current lady in the office is horrendous. She closes a few minutes early which hinders me from picking up packages. Her responses are short when you speak with her. She listens to reply versus listens to help. Now Lydia, which is the property manager, gets her stuff done when she is involved in any matter. Problem is, that is the only time anything gets done right. You have to complain enough for her to get involved. It should be all about customer service, which is not offered here right off the bat. I wouldn't suggest living here. I am only still here because I don't have enough money for move in costs to move somewhere else. ***Update**** I've been her for a few years and now I am being asked for shot records for my cat I have had the whole time which I paid a deposit on and monthly rent for. I took her to the vet to get updated shots for the office to have and come home to a horrible banging of construction throughout my whole apartment. Apparently they are doing construction on the foundation. Who would've knew? Not me, because no notice was sent out regarding this. So my cat that is coming off of sedation and the stress of being at the vet gets to deal with this while I have to go back to work. In my previous review, I didn't have the money to move out. I still don't but I will find a way because I am tired of the bs."

"I would not recommend anyone moving here. They charge premium prices for an extremely outdated complex. Management will not help you, maintenance will take forever to check out whatever issue you're having, then take another extended period of time to fix it. Half the time it wasn't fixed properly. I had to submit several maintenance requests for every issue I had. Parking was horrible when I first moved in but it has gotten better only because tenants have been moving out and they cant fill in their vacancies which does not surprise me. Ill be moving out as soon as my lease is over as well. I hate this place and cant wait to move out...Like usual its been three weeks since I asked for a rack for my extremely old freezer/refrigerator and nothings been done. These people are pathetic."
