"Can't ever get peace and quiet in this complex between noisy neighbors blaring music at 3 and 4am in the mornjnf and the lawn company they hire that come too early in the morning that constantly damage resident's vehicles with their equipment and making unbearable noises for those of us trying to sleep in the morning in between jobs or after working overnights."

"Zero stars honestly if I could but I have to add at least one for google. Living here was a mess. Our washer/dryer were broken throughout which we were paying for monthly, and they finally replaced it after 8 months, not to mention all the issues our apartment had. Something was living in our ceiling, our washer room door was broken even after they “fixed” it and we were charged over $500 after we left, for things that honestly made no sense, for a place that already had wall damage and crooked cabinets and was not thoroughly clean when we moved in. We are paying the end fee just to be rid of the place, but it honestly feels excessive and unnecessary and unfair. Place looked better when we left than when we arrived. We’ve lived in 3 other apartments in the DFW area and never been treated this way. Cars with parking stickers were towed and when we told them about it they said the stickers hadn’t been used in over two years but they assigned it to us and we were there not even a year when my wife’s car was towed. It cost us over $300 to get back after it being at the tow yard for only a few hours. They, of course, didn’t go to bat for the residents who had their cars towed nor help pay the fees. Instead blamed and even argued with us about it. The tow place said at least 20 cars were taken that night. Also the place isn’t very safe, my wife got catcalled , without fail, everytime she went for a walk, and the mailboxes were broken into (all of them) a couple weeks before we moved out. The staff was friendly enough I guess but usually felt like a facade. Don’t live here, at least not until a new management team and significant renovations are made."

"I am here to update my prior review which I have deleted. I have lived here since November 2023. The move in was very smooth and the office staff has gone above and beyond to make any issues or problems I've had resolved in a timely manner. I will say the maintenance staff is very quick to respond with very little delay. The apartment is very spacious for the price. The exterior could use some updating but I'm sure that will come with time. I would recommend to others which I have done. As with any complex there are challenges with neighbors and that is an ongoing problem noisy rude disrespectful but that is not management fault. They have done their best to help with the problem but still some people have no respect for others. Melissa Martia and Jessica have been great and they are a great team. Honestly the only reason I can't give 5 stars is because of my unruly neighbors and the exterior condition of the property. All in all I think I made a good choice"

"Since there has been a new owner, management finally comes and fixes things but it took about a week or so just for my shower to be fixed and I had to use my moms.. which was frustrating. It got finished eventually and they did a good job however, so that’s what matters. I just didn’t like that I couldn’t comfortably shower in my own bathroom and was constantly wondering when maintenance would come by. We did have a roach infestation at some point in the summer, now that it’s winter I don’t see them as much anymore but it went for months on end where we would see roaches. If you’re wanting a place to live in quiet then this isn’t the place for you, people blasting music day and night with nothing done about it and it’s absolutely ridiculous. It’s kept me up at night and I can literally feel the bass in my room as I’m writing this. Also for some reason there’s nights my mom can’t even find a parking space near our building when she needs to? Which is both dangerous and ridiculous, something needs to be done about parking here because my mom shouldn’t have to walk across the parking lot just to get to our building. ESPECIALLY at night. I’ve lived here for several years and I can’t even say most of them have been good but I’m hoping with new ownership it will get better."

"I've lived here for a few months now. It's very quiet. The buildings could definitely use some TLC but for the price in this area and the size of apartment its fine. Every time I've gone into the office or needed maintenance, they've been polite, nice, and quick. When I first moved in, I ran into the tow truck guy, and he was very nice and helpful. Pointed out the many signs on the fence that tell u how to get a 24 hour visitors parking pass."
