"I requested a call from the manager of Terra Property in Norman, OK, in November 2023 to reach the management company head office, and I am still waiting for a callback! I left multiple calls and emails with the same problem, but I am still waiting for resolutions; dear Melissa, vice president of NE management, you should stay a couple of days in my apt with the barks of Three dogs from my neighbor to understand what and why it is people are not happy to live here! We have multiple families who moved in with not just three dogs, and I am still determining how these people pass the background check!!!! You should pay your people more to do a better job!"

"If you're thinking about moving into one of their properties, I pray you have a better experience than I have had with Anatole on MacArthur. It was good when it was good, but the good is far outweighed by the bad. From incompetent maintenance to unhelpful and disrespectful management, I would absolutely recommend you think twice before moving there."

"My personal experience with this company was horrible. After firing me for something I absolutely did not do, they tried to keep my final paycheck until I reported them to the US Department of Labor and Wages (I'm not the first employee they have done this too). After the Dept of Labor and Wages investigated my claim, they had 10 days to pay me. I had no guidance from corporate office, or at least from my corporate supervisor Grace. She hardly ever visited the property and it was brand new construction! I was forced to work out of a beat up ragged out air stream while trying to lease a beautiful "luxury" apartment community because they are to cheap to get an actual leasing trailer. It was so embarrassing and of course everyone laughed and belittled NE Management at all the TAA meetings but yet I sat and took up for this joke of company because I was paid to do so. Yes NE Management is a new company and they all have growing pains but Charlie should really reevaluate his corporate level employee's soon. It's not what you know but who you know with this company. I can only imagine what Grace is having to do to stay on top but that's just my opinion. I was warned before taking this job last year but of course I didn't listen. My mistake! I'm sure they will contact there attorney after reading this but you can save your time and money. I'm only allowed to post things online that are true. Everything in this review is true and can be proven factual. Thanks and have a blessed day!"

"Any time I have EVER had an issue (and there’s been quite a few) it never gets done in a timely manner. I have to call constantly to remind them and check on when things will get taken care of. For example, I came home after work with no heat and it there was a freeze warning in my city and I called maintenance to come check it out...2 hours later the guy came by and said he didn’t know what was wrong so he would send somebody out the next week so I had to go all weekend without heat. Elevators will be down for a week or two at a time. On top of that, anytime I’ve had maintenance enter my apartment when I’m not home, they leave my door unlocked! The list goes on and on. It’s incredibly frustrating and anytime I’ve tried calling the corporate office they are so rude and say they will have someone call me and they never do. NE properties is horribly managed. Fair warning!"
