Station at Old Town

"Pay $1,465 a month for these apartments there’s no way the carpets in the hallways should be this nasty. The lines in the parking garage can’t be seen they really need to be repainted. 2nd floor hallways are always stanky smells like wet dog. Dog poop all over the property. Residents allow their pets to poop in the lobby area on the carpets. Can’t go for a walk without watching for it.People that aren’t residents still park in spaces designated for the residents. When they fix things around the property hallways they rig them up it doesn’t look good.Elelavator floors are always nasty. Parking garage gate has also been broke for about a month now. The bike storage has Cobb webs all over the residents bikes but they think I’m gonna take my bike off my balcony won’t happen. I also pay $35 a month for valet trash it’s no way they should be missing my trash.I need that trash took out Sun-Thu. I absolutely can’t wait until this lease is up I’m running away from these apartments.Now that the new apartments across the street from us are now opening they want to tell the residents to clean off their balconies when the shared spaces are filthy. The leasing agent Donnica is very unprofessional. I sent her an email asking questions about my balcony and she got a little unprofessional. These apartments are not luxury living. I’ll rather go to the newly built apartments in Lewisville. Also I’m not even gonna talk about the first day I moved in I knew I messed up then.Don’t sign the lease here cause I wish I hadn’t. I don’t recommend them at all. The few new good reviews are fake. Even one of the leasing agents put a review up there which is crazy. “Donnica Scott” and also I don’t wanna hear the apologies either. Clean these apartments hallways up because they are filthy."

"I've been here since September 2023 and so far, so good! I truly love the building, love my apartment, and some of the best amenities. I am actually transferring units in 2 months because I need more space and want to extend me stay here. My first interactions were with Taylor and she was wonderful but she's no longer here. Now we have Esmeralda and she is great as well! She is always attentive and ready to help. I would recommend Station at Old Town to anyone."

"I moved out on December 19th. I went to the office to pay my final bill which was paid dec 1. Received my security deposit about a week later. All good right? NOT... I received a collection notification on or about February 1. Apparently I have a outstanding bill I was never notified about and since I received my entire security deposit back why weren't these addressed before they were sent to collections. No answer from the office. Went down there twice. The office manager Kate said she'd look into it and get back to me within the week . That was a week ago. Went back today and was assured by the office staff that she'd get back to me today because Kate was busy. Nothing. Trying to dispute the charges and left a message for them to email me my account ledger. Nothing. This is just a few of the problems with this apartment complex. Stay away if you're a good tenant."

"I’m giving this a 5 star because I am currently looking for a new apt since the one I’m at currently changed for the worse since they got new management. When I went to apply for this apt at “Station at old town” Esmeralda Andujo has been amazing. She went over everything with me and was very transparent. She’s been very helpful in the process and going over everything. I truly give her 5stars !"

"So far it's been great living here! Nothing to complain about. Great staff, the community is always clean and there's even AC in the hallways! Amazing! I Love living here! I just don't give them 5 stars because the lack of communication is just too much. You have to call them over, and over again to get updates about your application. It feels like nothing is being done if you don't bother them. From the application process until I got the keys, was a pain. But now that I'm living here, it's amazing!!! The other thing is that this is so safe that it's even hard for Amazon drivers to make a delivery. You will have your delivery rescheduled many times. It's better if they just leave the package at the leasing office."
