"We love Lakeside121 so far. Debbie and Christina are amazing! Christina not only showed us the model/staged apartment but also the empty, available units. She was personable, patient, and thorough. We applied that same night and were approved the following morning . The neighbors we have met are friendly and all say how safe they feel here (so do we) because this complex is gated. And pet friendly!"
"Moved to this apartment back in 2019. We loved this community so we extended the lease for 2020 as well. The leasing process was very smooth and Debbie was so kind in explaining all the amenities and options available for renting. The community has lot of great facilies like gym, car wash, laundry and dryer, swimming pool. The leasing office is very luxurious and has billiards and printing facilities. The management is very kind to the residents and the maintenance work orders are handled within a day. Definitely recommend this community to have a peaceful living. I would love to stay here as long as I am in Dallas!! Cheers!!"
