"I have lived in this apartment complex for almost 2 and a half years now and like every complex, this one comes with its issues and need for maintenance. the best part is there is a fairygod mother called rhiannon. she is the Assistant Manager and a solver of all problems. she is always willing to help and tries her best at everything. she is the reason we are still around. if maintenance guys are giving you issues or the neighbour's or any part of the complex that needs fixing has caught your eye, just speak to rhiannon, she'll handle it."

"Would like to start out by giving HUGE PROPS to Faith. She is the Amazing Leasing Agent who assisted my daughter with the entire leasing process. Faith was always available to answer questions and made every effort to make sure that my daughter was completely satisfied with her move in. The management team at The View at Lakeside, has also been very responsive. The apartment was clean and move-in ready with minimal move-in repairs. Maintenance even hooked up her washer. The apartments are quite and area feels safe with not much street traffic. I'm glad she chose these apartments and I'm confident that she is too. Thank you again, Faith, for helping her through her leasing experience, she and I are grateful to you."

"I’d like to start by saying that as advertised, the community offers a very pretty view of the lake, and an affordable structure to the cost of living there. That is about all this community offers. Upon moving into our apartment we immediately began noticing cockroaches of all shapes and sizes. It appeared that there was flooding in the unit adjacent to mine that was not disclosed to us, and that there was an infestation of cockroaches in our apartment. There was an attempt to correct this issue to which no prevail. Trash is everywhere you look at this community. Overflowing and all over the street at the very small community dumpster. There is animal feces all over the community, and all over the trail around the lake. There are exposed electrical wires around the lake which were huge safety issues for my children. The management team does a very poor job of responding and taking action in complaints. Tenants openly consume and use drugs on the property via their balcony. The provided internet did not work because of an ongoing issues at the property. The management team did honor the 30-day move out guarantee as promised but upon our prompt move out because of the issues i’ve outlined, maintenance entered my apartment and stole my belonging which were returned to me after a long conversation with the property manager. A conversation in which the manager denied their employees ever entering my apartment. Thereafter the manager admitted that they had entered without permission, and that my property would be returned by the time I came to drop off my keys. My advice- go across the street or down the road a bit."
