"The Villas is a nice place to live the environment is great it has some things within that need to be addressed the trash you pay all that money for the trash not to be picked up and I have been over there for approximately 3 months and no one from the renovation has came to fix my outlets. The maintenance team is awesome. Other than that I have no concerns with the property."

"I recently had the pleasure of interacting with our new leasing manager, Tania, and I must say, her addition to the team has been a breath of fresh air. From the moment she joined, it was evident that her commitment to efficiency set her apart. What impressed me the most is her remarkable speed in addressing maintaince matters. It's not just about quick responses; it's about the quality of assistance provided in a short timeframe. Whether it's answering queries or handling any concerns, Tania has consistently demonstrated a swift and effective approach, she’s asked me multiple times if my issue’s got fixed The proactive nature of her communication is commendable. It creates a sense of reliability and assurance for residents like myself. It's reassuring to know that when you reach out, you can expect a prompt and helpful response. This level of responsiveness fosters a positive and efficient living experience. In addition to her professional competence, the leasing manager brings a friendly and approachable demeanor to the role. It makes interactions not only efficient but also pleasant. I wholeheartedly appreciate the positive changes that the new leasing manager has brought to our apartment complex. Her quick and efficient approach, coupled with a friendly demeanor, has elevated the leasing experience. Kudos to Tania for making a significant impact in a short span of time. "I’ve lived at this apartment complex for over four years, before the current management (Related) took over. The management company before was great. Timely maintenance, empathetic staff, clean apartments, resources, lobby events, etc. When Related management took over mid 2021, the quality of living at this apartment really decreased. Limited parking, unnecessary price increases, going months and months without simple maintenance requests being filled (due to extreme understaffing for maintenance men and women) and previous assistant managers being inconsiderate, disorganized (maybe overworked), and not really all that nice/welcoming. That being said, my experience with front desk Sheila, Gabby, and the brand new assistant manager Tania, was excellent. Tania is a great great great manager that advocates for and cares about the tenants/people living there, and is empathetic, kind, and understanding. She has a proven track record of being like this, and continues to do so. She’s great. I wouldn’t live here again just bc the quality of living =/= the price it costs to stay here, as it’s priced like a luxury apartment and is most definitely not a luxury apartment. In the past it’s been a huge issue having dogs poop on the lawns, and not getting cleaned for days at a time. Pallets of debris from previous renovations are taking away the open/free parking spots from residents, and the higher higher up management doesn’t seem to care. At times in the recent past, the phone number absolutely did not work, and to get any type of assistance, I’d have to come in in person and complain just to get help. It’s not a great place to stay, even though it does in truth look pretty, but I think that has more to do with the company at large than the people working there themselves. I think it costs way too much, and the service/experience is not in alignment with the ever-increasing base rate and added fees. Tania (the assistant manager) should be there for as long as she wants to be. She’s a great manager, she deserves a blank check for her salary tbh. I had an issue concerning my move, and as a brand new manager with no knowledge of my situation, was able to advocate for me and get the resolution I needed, even though she wasn’t around when the problem arose. She’s five stars and got me the help I needed, and I’d recommend her for anything. The thing is, I wouldn’t live somewhere just based on how great the one assistant manager and her current staff is, and that’s why my review is two stars."

"Sheila B in the leasing office is amazing! She went the extra mile each of my visits to the office when I was trying to decide a floor plan and move in date. I’m so grateful for her for helping me make this move at a rough time in my life when I needed all the great people around me as possible!"

"Moved in end of December 2022 have had a broekn freezer and microwave handle since day 1. Have had a maintenance guy consistently tell me they are waiting on new units to come in but nothing has been fixed. I'm almost halfway done with my lease and have never been able to use my freezer. Don't move here they don't care about tenants they just want your money the grounds are trashy and there are rats everywhere having a field day with all the garbage."
