"The Pinnacle has been under new management and it's incredible to see the transformation of this apartment community. The owners and staff are invested in the well-being and comfort of their residents. They provide quick maintenance requests, even for the AC's during these hot summer months. Aside from the beautiful interior apartments, they provide a safe and FUN community with cedar patios, gated access, camera systems, resident gatherings and a wonderful playground for the children. "This is a great looking properties. The management has done a nice job of adding amenities like a dog park and refreshing the existing amenities like the pool (and it is so nice to have a clean functioning pool during this heat wave). This is a great place to live."
"New Owners and Management have really upped their game here. New Grill Stations, Playground, and Dog Park. Even new laundry facilities. Outdoor Camera systems have been added to make everyone feel safer 24/7. Upgrades have been made to apartments and Office to give them a 'New' look and feel. New indoor and outdoor paint and pool upgrades really add to the sense of a community. Speaking of which there are frequent community activities like holiday parties. See a few photos below."
"I had an opportunity to tour this community & was VERY IMPRESSED! Great central location, close to both i35 & 121. Super clean common areas with a workout room, playground, pretty pool area & grilling stations. Nice staff that took the time to show us SUPER AFFORDABLE apartment options! Can't say enough good things!"
