"Do not rent this place.This apartments are very bad. They have a contract with an impound service that will tow your car even you there for just 10 mins. Then they will asked you to pay lot of your hard earned money. Its looks like they a doing a business together. Give you a huge hustle to you as a resident and any guests you would have. BAD Management and not a good place to do any business. I wish I can give below 1 star."

"Worst apartments ever roaches raw sewage all over the grounds and the most incompetent mgmt ever. The lady currently in charge let's call her Karen. All she will do is lie and place blame anywhere but with her. At least 6 different people that lived there when I did told me occasions in which she flat out lied. Be prepared for a living nightmare.do not rent here. They erase reviews and fabricate others Fire Management today!!!!"

"Our heater went out and it took maintenance a few times to come out and figure out what was wrong with it but he came within an hour of each call and even brought us some of his personal firewood and put it in our fireplace himself to keep it going because there was nothing he could do about our electrical box being burnt out until a electrician came to replace it. But after the electrician replaced our box, our maintenance guy came back out first thing the next morning to replace the part in the heater and that showed tremendous character and we appreciate him going out of his way in below freezing temperatures while it was snowing to make sure we were taken care of. He got our heater working and we haven’t had any problems since. Thank you so much!"

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. the leasing office is slow, horrible and very much not communicative ! Norma lied to me and told me I was supposed to be moved in by the first of the month, I applied and put my deposit and everything! Once the time came around she nor ANYONE else In the office gave me any updates about my apartment. all of a sudden she told me I wasn’t guaranteed the apartment and that there’s other applicants ahead of me. DISGUSTING ! I was never told any of this information before hand. I have been sitting around waiting for answers and updates. I had to keep CALLING them first to see what was going on, and here’s the icing on the cake? They told me I had to wait a couple days for them to cancel my application so I can get the deposit back. I would not recommend applying here. don’t waste your time."

"A place is what you make it! I'm on the first floor of the apartment building and the apartment is small but very neat and has everything I need! There are some issues but no apartment complex is perfect! Yes there are some bug issues, which is what happens when you build a complex in nature but if you take control and spray your apartment with minimal effort it will become a bug free zone! What is really great is the apartment staffs management style. As long as you pay the bills they don't bother you at all! Which I think is awesome. The staff is very professional and friendly. Another thing that seems hard to find nowadays is kids actually playing outside on the very large soccer field they have in the middle of the complex. They're literally playing all day long on that field so if you enjoy soccer it's a no brainer!! Anyone that's promoting outside activities in today's day and age is a godsend! =P TECHNOLOGY has truly taken over and if you still want to raise decent normal kids who's mind hasn't been warped completely by technology this complex is a great choice! They even have a large jungle gym, so again great family environment promoting good health! One thing I will say to new residents who think about applying is be street smart!! The complex has provided a Amazon hub with very secure sturdy lockers which is great for deliveries, you just punch in your number and out comes you package! There's also a mail box for smaller items so when you get things delivered make sure the delivery instructions tell the driver to deliver to designated delivery areas preferably the hub!
