"My fiancé lives here and this place is a joke. His heat doesn’t work, “waiting on parts” going on 2 weeks, the dishwasher has been broken for months, the place is crawling with roaches, even after he has bombed it, he still has water damage from his water heater having gone out - again that was months ago and they replaced the water heater said they would be back to repair the water damage and never have….. sad that good people get stuck in leases with places like this that refuse to take care of the property. Definitely not a way to get good renter and keep them…."

"This really should be a no star review. I moved here about 6 months ago and never have a regretted such a decision. The new personnel very rude. Gina the new manager has just started and if you talk to anyone it should be her. At first they had me live in a roach infested apartment that 3 times a week for 3 weeks professionals came and they themselves said this was a bad case. I was not staying there as a have a young child and was completely unlivable. Finally, I was into a different apartment and things did get better, however I also started having issues here which anytime I put in a ticket I was given a temporary solution not a long term fix. My work orders were always closed out even before orders were even completed. That’s even if it was completed, these kinds of order were water leaking into the closet which I lost clothes and other items and to now this was 2 months ago and my carpet smells horrid I cannot put anything in there and there is mold. Water damage that I’ve had due to water leaking from sink in the kitchen. Water damage is still there but leaks through walls and there are images to prove it never been resolved. And the worst this summer after complaining multiple times my air went out it took 3 weeks going on 4 to get fixed which I had to leave due to these unlivable conditions. If it were easy to leave I would and I’d definitely WOULD NOT recommend this complex for it to be called home."

"NEW MANAGEMENT (new review): After new management came in and took over, everything has been running smoothly. They’re updating everything! The gates gonna be up and running soon, there’s new systems to track who comes in and out of here etc, Sandy has been amazing. She’s been understanding and helpful since I met her on day one. She really cares for the residents in the community, she’s always communicating back and fourth and she strives to do her absolute best with any situation. I renewed my lease since she took over. PS: the photos are from my old apartment, when I transferred to a new one it was perfect and everything I asked and/or had issues about it was addressed immediately!"

"I don't rent here, but my best friend does and when he was signing the lease they showed him a different floor plan than what he got. And when he posted a bad review the management came and said if he took the review down they would move him into an apartment with the floor plan he originally signed for, and I was witness to it. Then just today when he was asking about when he'd be able to move to the other unit they claimed it was leased out to someone else. Again I was here for this too. I also want to say that the apartment itself has many problems. First the water heater is too big so the cabinet its in doesn't close, it sticks out by around 6 inches. 1 of the wall outlets don't work in the living room. The toilet doesn't flush and there is really bad water pressure. Save yourself the trouble and don't rent here. Management doesn't do its job and they try to bribe people for good reviews. Read the other 1 star reviews and you will see a lot of similarities."
