"The paint lifing of the bathtub caused me to fall out of the bathtub. I have had 2 back surgeries as a result of the fall which is very expensive with hospital, and doctor's bills.. I still have trouble walking. Management could care less they just want their rent money which has also gone up since I moved in."

"Had a great stay along with my wife. Great place and very affordable. Only catch of it is that we had was the constant roach issue, work orders would be put in and maintenance would come but the problem would never be resolved. If the roach problem wasn’t an issue, would’ve put all 5s."

"Have been renting since November 2021. never had any complaints up until last year. property is great, neighbors keep to themselves. management is a hit or miss. Ever since new ownership happened last year it somehow has gotten worse. Work orders take more than a week to get completed, office is difficult to get ahold of on the phone. Last year I was trying to get an apartment transfer before my due date (and lease being up) but of course they were not offering that due to the new ownership and changing systems. I had no choice but to renew my lease and fingers cross to transfer later in the year. LAST YEAR i was told they would offer by summer time. I called periodically throughout this year and of course I get told PERHAPS by the end of this year. It has gotten frustrating to see new tenants move in throughout the year while I wait for transfer to be available. I have sent out an email to the manager this morning hoping I get something resolved and not receive a generic answer. (before I get a response on this review saying that you are unable to look me up to further assist me. Gloria Montellano. I don't want to waste anymore time) I have no choice but to consider moving elsewhere with my newborn daughter."

"I recently had the unfortunate experience of residing at Oaks of Lewisville, and it was nothing short of disappointing. From the very beginning, my expectations were dashed and replaced with a litany of problems and frustrations. Maintenance Neglect: The maintenance at this apartment complex is abysmal. Requests for repairs were either ignored or addressed with a delay that bordered on neglect. When they did respond, the repairs were often subpar and temporary, leading to persistent issues. On top of that, my friend Jennifer lived here and she was barged in on by maintenance without a warning or knock at the door. Unprofessional Staff: The staff at Oaks of Lewisville lacked professionalism and were unhelpful. They seemed disinterested in resolving any concerns and were dismissive of tenants' complaints. Communication was poor, and I often felt like my concerns were being brushed aside. Lack of Amenities: The amenities advertised were either non-existent or poorly maintained. The gym was cramped and outdated, the pool was often closed for maintenance, and the common areas were unkempt and unwelcoming. Noise and Safety Issues: The noise levels in the complex were unbearable, and the walls seemed paper-thin. I constantly heard my neighbors, which affected my peace and quiet. Additionally, safety concerns were prevalent, and the security measures were inadequate, making me feel unsafe and uneasy. Misleading Advertisements: The apartment I was shown during the initial tour was vastly different from the one I actually received. The discrepancy between the advertised features and the reality of the living space was astonishing and felt deceptive. Poor Overall Condition: The overall condition of the apartment complex was far below what one would expect for the price. The hallways were dirty, lighting was inadequate, and the landscaping was poorly maintained, giving the complex a neglected appearance. In conclusion, my experience at Oaks of Lewisville was extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone considering renting here to think twice and explore other options. The lack of maintenance, unprofessional staff, subpar amenities, noise and safety concerns, misleading advertisements, and poor overall condition make this apartment complex an undesirable choice for prospective tenants."

"I wish I could rate this place a 0! They showed me an apartment that wasn't ready because mines wasn't as well. I honestly told them that me and my husband's credit was low and we were told that they are not based off credit. They never checked our work history nor our rental history. We were denied because of credit. They just want your money that is non refundable they are scammers I promise. Veronica has the gift of gab and is only going TO LIE to you and make it seem as everything is great! Do not waste your money. The workers don't even like each other."
