"I wish I could give this place 0 stars. My boyfriend lived here in Jan and I moved in, in June. Living here June-February was torture. This place is disgusting. Dog poop everywhere. Trash everywhere. Building falling apart. The elevator is out at least 2 days a week. One time it was out for 3 months in the SUMMER. Staff is the WORST. So so so so rude for people who are supposed to make others living experience great. They don't answer the phones EVER. So you have to go down there and when you do they argue with you. They never try and make things right. AND THE BEST PART, at move out, we cleaned the place spotless but because they are petty and we didn't use their cleaning service that comes in the 'goodbye packet' they charged us $130 for cleaning. NEVER in my life has an apartment charged me for cleaning... as long as you leave it spotless, they have a cleaning service that is supposed to come out that they pay that cleans it before they put it back on the market?? Trash fee as well for $30 and we didn't leave a spec of trash. I am SO HAPPY to be out of this place. A weight as lifted. Worst apartment experience of my life and I'll be sure to share it with everyone."

"Be aware. They are farming reviews from people who visit. Don’t even live here. Read the actual reviews. These apartments are OK at best. Location is phenomenal. But service, management, and conditions are not good. I was here for 3 years and there were constant issues. They also nickel and dime you for every little thing. Moving out was horrendous too. They lock you into paying extra. They are nice to new people to make it seem awesome. But once you are in, no one cares really. Common areas are nice, but not maintained. Gets trashy."

"Old complex, full of RATS, roaches and pretty dirty. Volume up and see the attached evidence!!! Legacy north is a massive apartment complex that lacks of maintenance and has a leasing office that just don’t care about you. I would avoid moving to this place. 1st: since the foundations are old and lack maintenance, the walls of my apartment started cracking (see attached). It took 3 months to the leasing office to fix the issue. 2nd: As noted on other reviews, the complex is infested with RATS and roaches. In my case, RATS got into the walls of the apartment, leading to a disgusting and unhealthy smell all day long and leading to the uncomfortable situation of hearing rats while you sleep, eat or go to the restroom (see attached videos). This issue has been outstanding for more than 4 months and it has not been fixed. 3rd: An apartment complex this big needs higher maintenance. The complex is dirty, specially during the weekends. Trash bins are mostly full and there is a general trash smell. Pools during the summer are full of trash. Some machines of the gym have been broken for months. Etc If I were you, I would just avoid this places"

"DO NOT RENT HERE! Calls were placed today to the city of Plano property standards division and will continue to be made and complaints will continue to be filed. They are managed by BELL PARTNERS INC . PLEASE GOOGLE THEM!! The amount of lawsuits, fraud and complete disregard for the tenants that live at their properties is disgusting. They are Not accredited by the Better Business Bureau. Their score rating is 1.09 out of 5. The pictures Connected to this review were taken today. The building is falling apart. So there’s no reason for them to think anybody for bringing it to their attention, because it has many times over the past two years. They’re spending a ton of money to give their lazy maintenance men new golf carts so they can hide out at the top of parking garages sit on their phones all day. This building was without working elevator from the middle of July of this year for THREE MONTHS!! temperatures got up to 112°. This was the hottest summer on record and our lazy manager was too caught up and whatever she has going on in her own life to even let the tenants know when they expect the elevator to be fixed, we have handicap people that live in our building. THREE MONTHS!! they do not answer the phone at the local office because they’re too busy helping conn their next unsuspecting victims into renting here. If you takeoff work to go in to try and invoice, these concerns with the manager, whose name is memory, you’ll be told that you need to make an appointment to speak to her.. so when you takeoff work to lose pay to go speak to somebody that that’s their job and they tell you that they can’t talk to you… THATS A PROBLEM!! The lazy maintenance and people that work in the office they don’t care they’re just happy that they get free your discounted rent because otherwise they couldn’t even afford to live here with Probably what they’re getting paid, but they will act stuck up. It’s snobby when you walk in to try and get some help. When you on your lease you’ll notice at the bottom that it says that you’re not allowed to mention on social media anywhere how much your rent is or it’s a violation of your lease!! WHY DO THEY DO THIS?? I’ll TELL YOU WHY… only a quarter of the units have been updated in the past 20 years but they charge you the same amount of rent for the unit that was updated two years ago as the one that hasn’t been updated since the departments were built 20 years ago.. The pictures I posted a picture of a hallway that have water damage that the tape and bedding coming off there’s actually a hole above somebody’s front door where you can actually see up into the building.. There’s an infestation of insects nesting all down the hallway. The door that I pictured has been broken for three years. Their maintenance have been out twice to repair it and all they’ve done is manage to break it worse. last time they spent three hours working on it and gave up. But they can spend money updating a dog park because that’s what The new prospective tenants will see when they pull up to the leasing office. When they take perspective, new tenants around the property to show them different units they don’t go down the hallways that are damaged. They take them to the parking garage. They don’t see the damage that they’ll be coming home to to see every day. any positive reviews written about this place we’re probably written by their office staff and their friends. 5761 Robbie rd go to the fourth floor and take a look. This is how they do their tenants. This is what they don’t want you to see!!"

"Disgusting place to live. Roach infested, dog poop everywhere, elevators never work, dogs pee in the mailroom, etc. Living without AC for two weeks because they refused to fix it. Upon moving in my dryer didn’t work. I’m now being charging $350 in “damages” after paying $1395 in security deposits and $400 in pet deposits. Attaching photos of how I left it BEFORE paying the complex $150 for a deep clean. Front office staff is rude, you’ll pay $60 a month in trash fees. There are rats outside, AC has never worked in the gym although we pay an amenity fee. The parking situation is horrible. Drug deals go on all day, everyday. They don’t have security. Pools full of people who don’t live there so rarely got to use them. Pit bulls even though it’s a “breed restricted” complex. Fire alarms that go off all day, consistently. My car got hit in their garage by another resident who didn’t report it and the cameras don’t work. It’s a horrible place to live and I would never recommend this overpriced, scam of an apartment to anyone."
