"Recently visited a friend, walking up the stairwell and to see this so unacceptable a for community. Routine maintenance check should be in place to prevent this. Families have children that play outside and walk up and down the stairwell on a daily basis. Tenants can get sick This so unacceptable. Have do better people"

"I was going to apply here but I drove around the complex before I went into the office. And I didn't linke it at all it's a Very Very dirty place trash, roaches and rats are everywhere."

"If i could give ZERO stars i would. Where do i begin? Lets start with the poor and rude management and leasing assistants in the office, towing my vehicle after i gave them my vehicle information and they said they would register it, they didnt and i had to uber into dallas to get my car back and pay $400 to get it back OUT OF POCKET, and when i asked them to reimburse me for their mistake it turned into a 2 month process just to get them to take it off my rent AFTER i had to basically go up to the managers manager while she was walking the dusty property because they wouldn't cooperate with me. And mind you, i recorded every single interaction with these unprofessional people because they lie so much and gaslight their tenants. Another reason why i left was because of the MOLDY vents making my kids sick and causing me to get pneumonia multiple times in just 3 months. I have a fungal test that proves their was mold exposure but yet the apartment manager claims the mold was because of my cats ??? I literally only lived in this apartment since march so please tell me how that would be possible. I kept the unit clean despite how dirty everything was when i moved in. And when i moved in the air conditioning unit was BROKEN and i didnt have air for 2 weeks then they said it was "fixed" but it was broke again in less than 3 weeks. They kept saying it was just in my head but my thermostat read 90 degrees in my apartment and i had it set on 65. They put a portable air conditioning unit in my apartment and it was still scorching in my unit because its unbearable outside, of course im going to be upset about that. Lets not forget the roaches, raccoons, dead birds, bugs, trash, etc. if you like living in a dirty, filthy, uninhabitable environment then this is definitely a fit. I hope they fire the apartment manager the red head lady with bad breath. She stays at the apartments too so no wonder why its ran how she lives most likely. Anyways, glad i left. Worst living experience of my life."
