"BEWARE!!! The last thing anyone wants to do is to do business with this company - Infinite STR. September 2023, I signed a contract with them to manage my property with the agreement to pay monthly. The moment I realized this company was nothing but scam (thanks to further research and Google review, and poor communication from the finance manager - Autumn), I turned in a 30 day notice and had them remove their furniture from my property ASAP. These guys used/rented my property through Airbnb for months and NEVER for one day paid me a dime up till today, Jan 13, 2024. No statements of account, no checks for the stays from renters, damage to my property, and to make matters worse, the only person in contact - Autumn Morgan refused to pick calls, reply emails or texts. Their office number is a non working number and their location on google is non-existent! If anyone is in doubt, you can verify! I hope and pray you get a piece of how you have treated your customers and how you have DEFRAUDED innocent people. I hope karma catches up with you all pretty fast and you all pay very dearly for your evil deeds!"

"We stayed in a stunning Townhome in Carrollton, TX offered by Infinite STR through Airbnb. Aimee, our host, was exceptionally responsive (usually within minutes!) and consistently maintained a high level of professionalism throughout the entire experience, from booking to check-out. Overall, we had an amazing time and would gladly stay with them again if the chance arises."

"This has all the hallmarks of a ponzi scheme. I've looked into suing the owner for fraud and theft, but having spoken with some attorneys, Mr. Wiley (owner) is apparently no stranger to the legal system, and he seems to life off others' finances in a perpetual shell game. He already has judgments against his former company, and he apparently defaulted on an enormous loan from a local financing company, but the attorneys can't find and serve the guy. In our case, this con man rented out our home through airbnb to some lunatics who trashed and flooded the house. After this was discovered, he pocketed the cash from airbnb and hightailed it out of dodge. The few payments he made before then were peanuts without any clear accounting, and they were consistently late, coming from mysterious foreign banks. And now, he's started a new side hustle, advertising "tax complaince" or "tax preparation" services. Seriously? Your sham isn't enough of a grift that you're interested in negligent tax advice without a license or training and, potentially inviting the feds to discover your scheme? Mr. Wiley (appropriate name, btw) is on a fast track for serious prison time, bankruptcy, or disappearance to a developing country in South or Central America. You've been warned."
