Crest Manor Apartments

"I’ve been an almost 5 year resident here at Crest Manor. My experience here I can say, has been not so satisfying starting from the office management always changing. Seems like there’s a new manager every year. Maintenance have done a very poor job on their services. Recently I’ve had a problem with my hot water running out quickly since December till now, they came in and turned my thermostat on water heater all the way up that caused me to have two $300 electricity, bills, and the manager and their team, which is their owners refused to pay any monies on my electricity bill. After I brought my electricity bills to their attention, they sent maintenance to come in and turn down the thermostat on my water heater. A few days later, I was still having problems with my hot water running out quickly, so they came back out the following week to come change out the water heater thermostat. It’s been going on two weeks now and I still run out of hot water quickly in the showers. I have sent emails with this issue and I have yet heard from anyone through email or a phone call. I also disputed their decision on not helping with my high electricity bills, and I have not heard from the owners. These apartments don’t get inspected but once two years for smoke detectors. Not to mention the poor quality of the windows that get moisture in the cold with a lot of humidity. BEWARE THESE PEOPLE DONT CARE ABOUT THERE RESIDENTS THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY COMING IN !!"

"Positive: The apartments offer great value with a pleasant and clean environment. The amenities are nice. Negative: The management could benefit from customer service training. It seems like the owner should consider re-training the employees or hiring new staff, as the administrative and service experience is unnecessarily unpleasant compared to other rental properties. As a remote software engineer, I spend a significant amount of time in the apartments :)"

"Maria is very rude and Terrible to deal with. I put in an application 2 weeks ago. No one reached out to me about my application. I went to the office and paid my fees and no one will give me a status update. Maria said the only person who can review my application is the person who started “Carmen” who is either on vacation or sick..I’ve been told 2 different things now and I’m told they don’t know when she will be back This is completely unprofessional 0 stars if possible I have absolutely no interest in living here now I’m taking my business elsewhere"

"My husband and I just moved into a one bedroom and everything so far as been great. Maintenance is wonderful and service requests have been quick. Christy and Natasha helped us with the move in so we mostly dealt with them and they were wonderful. Maria helped us with some forms and receiving our mail box keys about a week later and she was quick and answered all my questions. We had a hiccup with our electricity and they went above and beyond what was expected to help us in our situation. Thank you guys for being flexible and make sure we didn’t suffer in the triple digit heat!"

"I am starting my second year living in this complex and I have had a great experience so far. I love this dog friendly community and how conveniently close it is to the stores near by. The parking is great and never overcrowded. I feel safe here as a women and that is very important. I had received a free carpet clean voucher for renewing my lease which was greatly appreciated. Of course there has been some upkeep issues like door knobs being stuck and bug issues but maintenance comes every time I request online that I need something fixed. Maintenance will come into your apartment without you home unless you request a certain day, which I learned the hard way unfortunately. I do wish there was an option not to have carpet because it's hard to have carpet with a dog. I will update this review as time goes on but I am very happy here."
