"Thrash all over the place. People thrash around the property. Irresponsible management . The creek behind the apartment is full of trash and it stink! Dippers, plastic bottles,beer bottles all over the place.This place is Environment hazard.Sending a report to city too. Please keep the tenants informed and add some thrash bins at the back."

"I've enjoyed my time living at this complex; I've lived here for over 1 year now and renewed my lease a little over a month ago. Thea and Krystal are amazing front-office professionals, very helpful and I should definitely go by to see them more often. The maintenance team is very good as well, of course with such a small team, some requests can take awhile, but that's to no fault of the team themselves. Parking is rough, I must admit that, if you don't have paid parking, then expect to park a decent walk from your apartment if you arrive home late. Otherwise, I do enjoy the community and the complex."
