"If I could leave no stars, I DEFINITELY would. Let’s just start off by saying this is by the WORST, GHETTO apartments I’ve ever lived in. Our first apartment , 1137 had dead roaches in the dishwasher (dishwasher had never worked in the first place) ant infestation, no lights in ceilings , one fan didn’t work, & list goes on. When we initially moved in, there was mold in the freezer, and ants everywhere and dead bugs . We told the office our first day there & it took them forever to “attempt” to fix the bug problem. It was so bad with the ants, we had to move into unit 1134 which was even worse. Ceiling fans didn’t work, carpet was already musty and dirty. We put in multiple work orders but unfortunately , ALICIA DOUGLAS (bad attitude and very unprofessional; not sure how she even got the job) AND LUCRETIA SAYERS ( had no knowledge of how to be a property manager) didn’t want to do anything about the problem. They are by far the worst management ever and don’t deserve a job helping people get apartments. They don’t live there so they don’t care about any resident concerns. I will say Gisella & Andres were the most helpful and respectful workers besides the 2 maintenance workers that were able to try and solve our problems. But It got so bad, We had to call the CITY OF LEWISVILLE HEALTH DEPARTMENT to make them do their jobs. after all this mess, we got an opportunity to move out without any charges. But SOMEHOW THE CROOKED APARTMENTS ARE NOW CHARGING US $300 for something they messed up intentionally to charge us. I have all the pictures and videos of everything from the first day until the last. This is the apartments from HELL & please save yourself by not moving here."

"I work a lot I had one day to move in. I have been in the apartment for two days. I have been bombarded with questions about my move. There is No hot water, and the kitchen sink leaks, the water is running in the bathroom sink. I am already tired of being hassled give me a week to get settled in. Then ask me how my move was. Update I have added photos of things I mentioned rusty shower rod, no shelves in bathroom closet. I have found other issues like chipped plaster shelves bent but you can't tell. This apartment is not worth 1200 a month closer to 900. They said they fixed the toilet. They put a lid on it but it looks two small. update they put used shelves in the closet and called it a fix. I complained about it they came in and painted the shelves in the apartment leaving white dust every where. I talked to them this morning and told them they need to lower my rent because nothing is being fixed properly and they are already in breach of contract. I think the next 12 months are going to be very bad since the maintenance team make things worse before they make it better. Update: The Tile on the wall in the shower is still painted along with the soap dish. Some one at the office suggested a resurface. I thought that meant cleaning the tile wall. No they resurfaced the tub that did not have a problem. Last edit They resurfaced the shower wall after I showed a picture of what I was talking about. They never fixed the dishwasher and will not put new shelves in the bathroom. I will not let there repair guys back in my apartment since they don't really fix anything. I will get out of this apartment complex ASAP. Talking with an attorney now. They say they will not reimburse me for any work I do my self but they have to if there not going to do it."

"I don’t recommend moving here at all. They never cared and showed minimal efforts to resolve issues to pretend that they do. As a first time mover, it was a huge step for me and my boyfriend when we decided to move here thinking that everything is going to be fine until when we first did a walk-in of our first unit and it was a disaster. The stove had a broken handle, there was mold on the wall, the ac wasn’t working during the hottest season, fridge water water was leaking, and our mail key didn’t even work so it wasn’t accessible. I can’t describe the sheer amount of anger, disappointment and resentment I had with management. The lease was ended early because of how unlivable the conditions are my boyfriend and I decided to do a transfer but with more problems along the way. The unit wasn’t fully inspected no effort to say some parts of the unit was good it was another disaster but after that ordeal maintenance cleaned the whole unit but left trash and furniture outside of our door and its been there for a while so I thought when will trash collection pick it up by never did and it wasn’t are trash to begin with. On top of that we got a violation due to that. My boyfriend email them about it but no response which is ridiculous so we went to the office to address it and they said that the violation is going to stick and last but not least our mail door is easily accessible meaning it’s broken and our mailing key wont fit. Management needs to do better. Worst experience ever."

"Really bad experience! I do NOT recommend to anyone, specially families with kids to live here! Nothing works, starting with the leasing office. More than a month ago there was a flooding in my apartment where the carpet and walls resulted damaged, creating mold in the walls. Someone came when this happened and remove the carpet but since then we have been waiting to get it replaced (MORE THAN A MONTH AGO! Really?) . I’ve talked multiple times with the property manager and she hasn’t taken action in this situation. Here are all the evidences:"

"Our Christmas Day experience and no one reached out the day of to check on whether we were ok or what needed to be done. It took 3 days to get a response and Bridge Property didn't care either! Don't rent here!!! High prices with no care for the resident To top it off, the work is still not done. With a yellow ceiling, poor repair and no ceiling light UPDATE 1/18/23 The repairs are still not complete. I have a yellow ceiling (which will probably mold later) and no lighting fixture. UPDATE 2/1/23 I was told on Mon, 1/30/23 that they were coming in to finish our ceiling AND fix our now broken dishwasher. I guess we're to hang the light fixture ourselves and they pulled the dishwasher out but nothing further has been done! RETHINK RENTING HERE UPDATE 2/28/23 The new dishwasher was installed but had the wrong plug in. When they can to fix it, we were told the deadbolt was on when actually their maintenance 'adjusted' our lock and not all the keys work anymore. They were waiting for me when I got home one day to ensure I could get in the apartment. We ran it once and now it's now broken. We were told it's because we opened the door early which is completely false! Here we go again waiting for repairs to be completed."
