"Made a walk thru appointment to find out that they don't have any unit available to show. Sat down and just saw pictures. Girl that took care of us didn't even show us the amenities. Do not recommend. Stay away"
"These apartments suck. My boyfriend and I stayed here temporarily over the summer and had the worst experience. Our car was broken into and the window was smashed out. Mind you, our apartment unit was located at the BACK of the apartment premises. No other cars were broken into except ours and front office offered no assistance. Not only was our car broken into, maintenance would randomly enter our apartment while we were not home and when front office was confronted about it, they claimed we scheduled a maintenance repair service. We moved out as soon as our short lease was up and paid everything due. We wanted to wipe our hands with this awful complex. But that’s not what they hand in mind, after all the inconveniences we experienced, they had the nerve and audacity to send us a $28 collection claiming we never paid some fee. $28? Be serious. DO NOT LIVE HERE."
"I haven’t moved in yet, but I can’t wait to move into this wonderful complex! They have the best staff. Ryan is amazing! When I first called, I had so many questions, and she was so patient and kind with me. She has so wonderfully help me and my roommate find an apartment, and helped with the transfer. They have a beautiful landscape with an amazing pool, hot tub, and fire pit! They even had a Thanksgiving feast for their tenants when I stopped by! I am so excited to be here!"
"The staff is very easy to talk to and very helpful. Ryan is my favorite. But everyone in the office is very kind and helpful. I love how good they make me feel and also love that many of them live at this property so I know I made the right choice. It is so quiet I have never had such a great experience. I can’t believe they give us a dinner on holidays and treat us with good food and abilities to meet other people to make friends. I love how fast they send their maintenance workers to fix issues. They are awesome and friendly. It makes me feel very safe. They care about you more than anywhere else I have lived. This is the best place to call home."
