"Nice, save and quiet community to live in. Everything is near by like stores, restaurants and most importantly schools. Also the new renovation make the complex look nice and clean the laundry room has been upgraded and its always clean well kept."

"I've lived here for almost 10 years now and this place has not improved at all. They tried to bribe us with rewards if we gave this place 5 stars but I'd rather tell the truth. From my years of living here this is what I have experienced; every week theres something broken and they take forever to fix it, I cant park anywhere because everyone has like 6 cars despite them adding an "only 2 cars" rule, they towed my dads car for not having the parking sticker on time but apparently they're fine with people leaving old wrecked cars here taking up parking spots, theres usually no one in the office or its closed and they never answer the phone and now they added some dumb rules that make this place feel like a prison. I love the new redesign that they gave this place, it really fits the prison rules. If you cant find another apartment and or you're really desperate then live here, otherwise look for an alternative because this place is not worth it. PS, if this review gets taken down then you know it's TRUE."
"I would give this place negitive stars if I could. It was great when I first moved in, but now I hate it! No one is ever in the office, literally. The hours say 10-2 but they never open. We have to drop our rent in the drop box and the maintenance man picks it up. There is never any parking (people have to park by the dumpster or on fire lane BLOCKING PEOPLE IN!) and they have multiple "inspections", but nothing ever gets fixed. Ever. If they do it take a months or in my case 2 YEARS. (Still not fixed)"
