"Omg parking, parking, parking. This is most definitely a management issue. Don’t accept more authorized vehicles than what is capable of being held. Have a better system as well, implement stickers on windshields to easily spot if a nonresident is parked inside so a tow truck can easily be contacted and allow a paying resident to be able to park."

"This apartment complex has wonderful amenities including the gym and the gated community… IF ONLY THEY ALL WERE AVAILABLE. The gates never worked for more than a week at a time. The gym was nice but has no been unavailable for more than a month due to a pipe busting during the freeze. I find it ironic something broke due to the amount, a bombardment at the least, of warnings and emails to prepare for the freeze. I would at the very least expect some money back from our rent considering we are paying for facilities we cannot use or are unable to use on a regular basis. Don’t get me started in parking… Seriously concerned for my family’s safety here with zero gates working and the amount of people that zoom through the complex, probably trying to find parking."

"The Preserve is an incredible place. Absolutely love living here. So peaceful. I live on the 3rd floor right next to the woods looking out over the woods. I feel like I’m living in a resort. Love this place. Everything is so accessible but it is away from the busyness of the city of Grapevine."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! First there is absolutely no parking EVER!!!! It could be 6pm and you'll be driving around for 30 minutes looking for a parking spot. You never can reach anyone at the office it's always the call center who has no idea what's going on. They have also had multiple people i've talked to in the complex who are complaining of roaches. My AC broke in the heat of july and it took them almost 30 hours to come fix. They will take a picture of scuff marks and charge you $350 for it. I had a severe mold issue. So bad the manager came to my apartment. All she advised was to get a dehumidifier. (Pictures below) I also had 2 different ceiling leaks and all they did was come and plaster over it."
