"We have lived in this complex and enjoyed that it was a nice and new gated community. However- in less than 6 months our car has been broken into twice. There are no cameras at the complex and the only effort given by the staff here was to ask if we’re being targeted. There are many amenities offered and we would have recommended this place to others but the lack of action and safety is extremely frustrating."
"While I only lived here for 4 months, this place is wonderful! The apartments are luxurious, and the amenities are plentiful. They have community events often, and resolve issues pretty quickly. Maintenance staff is always responsive to problems, and friendly! This was truly one of my favorite apartments!"
"Apartments are great. Very quiet neighbors, great floor plans and very polite/helpful office staff. The negative is that we had multiple car break-ins in the last few months. One just happened last week (multiple cars with broken windows) and I am yet to hear anything from managements or office regarding the incident. So that tells me they are not concerned with safety. There is supposed to be patrol. Never seen one either. Also, dog feces everywhere. But that’s on the wonderful dog owners that live here. I hope you step in it."
