"Leaving this apartment made me realize it's actually a pretty good one. Although it's not young, and the interior decor isn't trendy, the community environment is quiet, and the residents are polite. Despite the common drawbacks of an old building, such as cockroaches, the community managers are very friendly, always promptly responding to residents' emails and providing assistance whenever possible. The apartment is conveniently close to the school, making it easy for the kids to commute. Lastly, I'd like to mention that the rent for this apartment is relatively low compared to similar residences. I would recommend it to friends looking to live in the grapevine area."

"I am a current tenant and can’t wait to leave! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. All rules DO NOT APPLY TO EVERYONE unless you look a certain way! When I leased, it was said that all vehicles will need to be maintained and IN COMPLIANCE. It is September 2023 and this truck has been on the property OUT OF COMPLIANCE FOR A WHOLE YEAR! But mass communication is sent out to everyone about a car being parked with a minor fender bender. This new front office personnel is HORRIBLE! It’s like pulling teeth to get any type of info from them. The complex is near 3 schools, so traffic is horrible in the morning. The “security “ gate is always broke. The gym is constantly packed with kids and rules are never followed about the time limits on the machines. It is quiet for the most part, people here are NOT FRIENDLY, so don’t worry about speaking to people in passing or unless the high school is having a game or someone is racing down the street. There are dog owners CONSTANTLY walking their dogs off leash, especially that chocolate lab! And parking for the tenants, is horrible, especially around the holidays and during bad weather, don’t even think about parking close to your unit/building. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME, EFFORT or ENERGY …(unless you look a certain way)"

"For those looking for an amazing apartment community to live well look no further because you have found it. I have lived here for over 2 years and will be renewing my lease for another year. There are many of us who are being required to move out of our apartments due to the damages caused by the February snow storm. Yes it is inconvenient and frustrating, but the leasing office staff has been phenomenal in working with us to provide resources and financial assistance for moving and storage. This was not something within their control. I will be returning to my apartment when all repairs have been completed. This community feels like home. It's quiet, family friendly and the staff do a great job at keeping the complex looking good. The location is ideal and is close to the freeway and shops. Sydney and Marissa and the other office staff are great. They care about the residents of this community. This is my home. ❤"

"We moved here from Memphis about 1- 1/2 years ago. We searched several apartments and found none that compared to Vine South. The ones that scored higher were way more expensive. Vine South reminded us of our house back home. It is not just an apartment it feels like home. Whenever friends and family visit they all say "this feels like a house instead of an apartment ". The office staff is nice and always willing to help in whatever way they can. The grounds are well kept and the maintenance team responds super quick, very polite, and do a good job. Emergencies are handled expeditiously. Large rooms, garden tubs, bookcases, fireplace "Very Nice"...What else can I say? Great location, central to everything. Shopping just a mile away, grocery store within walking distance, DFW 9 mins away! Perfect choice for us! Thanks VS!"

"Vine South....It's the closest thing to owning a HOME in the most amazing area!!! I was a resident from 2004-2014 & I could not stay away!! I just recently moved back into the community. Some of the MANY things I love.....FIREPLACE, Built in bookshelves, vanity in the bathroom (HUGE bathroom), Closet space, stainless steel appliances, SAFETY, close to recreational things in Grapevine (this city is FULL of outdoor activities), great schools right down the street (kids can walk), fast response to any maintenance related issues, and my guests LOVE coming to visit me. They say this apartment is so homey. I wouldn't look any further. For the price, location, and quality--you will not find ANYTHING else. I've been in this area for 20 years and finding a reasonable and NICE place is very challenging. Come HOME to Vine South!!!!! I'm posting a few pics from my "home"."
