"So!! I've been renting here for about 6 months now. And love every minute of it. The office manager Ms. Stephanie is truly amazing.Her nice and friendly attitude is always a pleasure to encounter. Even before l moved in she made me feel more than welcome. There were only a few things that needed to be taken care of when I moved in but she made sure that it was taken care of expeditiously. I'm very pleased with how quiet and friendly the neighbors are. I also love the convenience of the area. I work in the area so the commute to work is always awesome.I definitely recommend Timberline Condominiums for a great living experience..."

"I moved in about three months ago and I was not satisfied. There were issues that needed to be resolved and I started complaining immediately. Stephanie and the maintenance staff worked weekly to complete everything that needed to be completed to make my experience more pleasant and my home more comfortable. Every time I have needed anything I receive an email or call the same day or the next business day and for that I have to give 5 stars for the effort and consistency in resolving these issues that I have received. Hopefully things will continue to look up because my daughter and I are happy with the location and convenience. Stephanie is professional and gets things done. I would recommend the property."

"Run!!!!!!! Do not move here ! I’ve been here for 2 years and the first apartment I moved into had more roaches than you could could. There are so many code violations around this property! The pool is small and is always dirty. Or is closed for repairs. The pool is the only amenity, oh and there’s a leasing office that is always empty. My dishwasher has broken 7 times, after the 4th I was promised another. When the time came, I was ignored. This apartment and property is old and you can tell with how the balconies lean, there is liters plastered cracks in the buildings . The rails aren’t attached to the buildings so walking up stairs is dangerous. There has been 7 leasing managers in 2 years! Must I go on??????? One couple was sick for months because of mold in the walls. They had to fight to get rent compensation while in the hospital with pneumonia!!! As mentioned before RUN!!!!!!"

"The place is affordable but it is not worth it. Leasing office is closed almost all the time. And when they should be open, the leasing agent is not available. Units are not well-maintained and not updated. Expect electric bills to be super high ($100-$200/month) due to poor insulation of the unit. Dryer vents are clogged up and never cleaned. Maintenance won’t fix problems on your unit once you move in. If you want a spacious apartment, this is a good place to live in but expect to pay out of pocket to get things done because they won’t do anything to fix it."

"Very frustrated. Lived here for several months. Love my unit. Love the lay out. Love the quaint and quite environment. Love the sound of the train as it goes by. Great experience with the neighbors. No safety issues. At move in LOTS of mainteance issues. Most I've ever seen or heard of at arrival. Took weeks to get resolved. Some never got finished. While waiting for those to be addressed experienced several other MAJOR maintenance issues. 6 weeks later. Those issues are still occurring. Maintenance will come out. Always friendly. Works hard. Cares. But manages several properties and this one is NOT prioritized. Be prepared for only evening and weekend maintenance responses. They have to try every cheap way possible before they are allowed to properly fix it. Everyone on staff is friendly. But they won't compensate you for any issues by discounting rent nor will they actually work quickly to resolve anything. So disappointing. It would be an amazing place to live but I feel like my unit is not consistently even livable."
