"One of the worst apartments ever!!! Do you like walking through mazes? Do you want that downtown vibe given to you with a horrible parking garage/entry? Or maybe even the slamming doors of people going in and out of the garage into the building? This is the place for you"

"My original review was too long by Google standards so here’s my 2nd shot at it… The apartments themselves are very nice and modern. Love the open concept. Closet space fit our needs and there’s good storage in the kitchen. The appliances feel a little cheap for “luxury” apartments though. Some reviews have talked about thin walls but that’s not what we experienced. Maybe we were lucky and had good neighbors? If you can get a unit that faces the lake, do it. The sunrises can be amazing. But beware that with that comes the boat launch and marina which can be quite noisy during the summer. If you face I-35, be prepared for road noise. The service road can sound like Texas Motor Speedway. The amenities are nice. 6th floor lounge is a great place to hang out with easy access to the tanning pool. The gym is spacious with a nice variety or equipment. The main pool area is very nice but can look like the aftermath of a frat party during the summer. And the pool itself can use some attention as the tile above the waterline is pretty scummy. The rest of the property is a mess and I can’t blame it entirely on management. Many of the residents are entitled and don’t care about where they live. The carpets in the hallway are stained and constantly littered will small trash. Residents will put their trash out outside of valet service hours with no repercussions from management. And there is dog waste everywhere! We’ve seen it in the halls, elevators and parking garage and on people’s patios and all over the grounds. Again, only empty threats from management about cleaning up. Two words Sunridge – Doggy DNA! Problem solved! If there’s only one take away it’s this: THE GARAGE SUCKS! It’s poorly designed and the drive lanes and turns are narrow. Add to it entitled residents who speed and ALWAYS think they have the right of way and vehicles that are too large for the parking spots. If you pay for a reserved spot and someone parks in it – tow them! Otherwise, they’ll continue to do so. And apparently the garage doubles as a dump as residents will discard boxes and unwanted furniture by the trash chutes or elevators instead of taking it down to the bulk trash area on the first floor. There’s visitor parking on the 5th & 6th floors and they should have no issues getting in as the gate is often broken. When the gate is operating, the app that you can use to open it for your guests is usually not working. The leasing agents are friendly… when you’re a prospective tenant. After, it feels more like you’re bothering them. And if you need something and they’re not at the desks, check the Manager’s or Assistant’s offices where they’re hiding out. I know there’s a bell that rings when you enter but that doesn’t faze them. The property’s went through three managers in the two years we were there. The new one has her hands full. In closing, if you’re a homebody, Tower Bay can be the place for you. But if you like to come and go all day, be mentally prepared and park in the basement to avoid the stress of dealing with the garage. Or maybe my idea of “luxury” and everyone else’s is different."

"I recently moved into an apartment complex that surpassed all my expectations, and I am delighted to share my exceptional experience. From the very beginning, Gavin Castillo, the leasing agent, went above and beyond to ensure a seamless and enjoyable process. Gavin's friendly and professional demeanor, coupled with his unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction, made a lasting impression on me. His assistance throughout the entire leasing journey was invaluable, and I cannot express enough gratitude for his exceptional support. What impressed me most about Gavin was his proactive and attentive nature. He consistently kept me updated on the progress of my application and promptly addressed any concerns or issues that arose. Gavin's exceptional communication skills fostered a smooth and hassle-free transition into my new home. I felt genuinely supported and cared for throughout the entire leasing process, which made all the difference. You do not get this experience everything! I am more than happy with my new home at Tower Bay Lofts and more importantly excited to be interacting with Gavin on a daily basis. This man deserved a raise/promotion for the amount of effort he puts in every single day!"

"Tower Bay is the best complex in DFW. The views are unmatchable, the residence are absolutely amazing. If you go to the pool, by yourself, you are leaving with new friends. I moved here back in December 2020, and from the beginning, the management has been the best you can get. They understand that LIFE HAPPENS, and are accepting, even if you have been late a couple times in your past. And the people with dogs, this place is DOG HEAVEN!! They have the most amazing trails, and the dogs, LOVE chasing all the different birds on the lake. The dogs have so much fun, and are SAFE!!! This complex has everything. The amazing rooftop pool, the main pool, the workout room is INSANE, the views up there will blow your mind!! You can see all the way to FRISCO!! July 4th, you can see the fireworks from Highland Village, Lake Dallas, Lewisville, Carrolton, Frisco, Corinth, and more!! Additionally, you have a secure parking garage in case there are storms, your car is safe from the elements. I have been so blessed to live here and call this place home... Feel free to contact me if you want any additional information!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! THIS PLACE IS LIKE LIVING IN A RESORT IN DFW!!!"

"Well, here is the update: I was right. My $1685 1bedroom, 1 bath 1000 square feet apartment went up to $200/month. Add in all the required monthly fees and I'm out. I did not renew. Not the management company's fault the rental rates are set by the ownership. They say its market value, I simply call it bs price gauging. Nonetheless, the staff and everyone there is still great, Zachary is no longer there either. However, I'm sure the views are still amazing without me and I miss them. Moved in on the Friday before Freezemagedon in February. The place was only 20% occupied then. Now, its 100% occupied. It's still very quiet, residents are super nice and respectful. No major issues here. Any apartments that you go to will have minor issues but nothing isn't addressed in a timely manner. Zack is the best leasing agent, but the entire office, maintenance, and facility staff are awesome! My only fear is that I won't be able to afford it anymore when my lease is up for renewal. The 4th floor views on the North side are absolutely incredible!"
