"When we first moved in, I was impressed with the location and quality of the apartment. The price was comparable to other apartments in the area, though still a bit expensive. The complex has a lot of rules, which are sometimes helpful, but a bit over the top. They were very quick to send out threatening letters to tenants if the rules were being broken. We stayed for a year and then moved to a house. My true disappointment with this apartment came with the moving-out process. We were supposed to move out by December 1st. We had everything moved out and cleaned, but apparently, we didn't do a good enough job cleaning and were charged a fee. They gave us our final bill of around $150. We were told we would have 30 days to pay. My husband and I went out of town and when we got back, I tried to pay the bill online, but I couldn't. So I called the office to take care of the bill. At first, I was told we were too late to make the payment and our bill would be sent to collections. I corrected the person because we were still within our 30-day window. She then said our bill would be taken off of the collections list and I would be given 7 days to send a check. I told her I would have the check in the mail that same day. Unfortunately, I received an email from the collections agency the next day. I immediately called Wildwood to see if this was a mistake and to explain that I had already sent a check. I told the front desk worker that we were told we could send in a check and our name would be taken off of the collections list. I also reiterated that I attempted to take care of this bill within the 30-day window and if we had been told we needed to take care of the check the same day, we would have driven a check straight to them. Again, I explained that we were assured we would not be sent to collections. She told me it was too late, there was nothing they could do and we would just have to pay with the collections agency. Needless to say, I was and still am frustrated with these careless interactions and lies. I feel like we were misled and the people in charge did not do anything to fix THEIR error. At the end of the day, this is an apartment owned by a big corporation that doesn't truly care about tenants and is only interested in the bottom line. I highly recommend anyone looking for an apartment in Grapevine to avoid Wildwood Creek and all properties owned by Grand Peaks."

"I literally have waited 3 years to be able to move into Wildwood Creek! Due to the lovely pandemic a few years ago I was not able to move due to lesser availability in Wildwood so I had to renew at my other complex (who I wouldn’t recommend to ANYONE)! Finally in September of 2023 I was finally able to move and so far I LOVE IT here! The location, the amenities the community offers, safety and security, extremely quiet (you will hear the airplanes flying over) but it serves as white noise to me at night and overall just very nice. I love my spacious apartment and my large balcony and lastly a big shout out to Heather for being so patient and understanding with my move. All the management and front office staff are HELPFUL, it means a lot. Thanks y’all!"

"Customer service 10/10! Due to unforeseen circumstances with my move out date I wasn’t able to rent with this property but my experience was refreshing. First of all Jordyn is an absolute pleasure and should be protected at all costs as she is an asset to the company. She is an excellent problem solver while delivering top tier customer service with a smile. I also had the pleasure of working with Riley whom also was eager and willing to answer questions and provide my husband and I with the information needed for us to make an informed decision. The property is well maintained, peaceful and easily accessible while being in the heart of Grapevine. Hope this helps!"

"Our family moved in about three months ago and here’s what we have experienced: Pros - Close to downtown, quiet neighborhood and convenient online bill pay for housing, electricity, sewage, water, valet trash and carport. It is a smoke-free and gated community, with nice lounge pools, revamped barbecue area, and plenty of bags in stock at the dog walking stations. There are relatively friendly lobby staff who can accommodate when you walk in. The floor plan we chose is perfect for our current lifestyle with its spacious bath tub, walk-in closet and open floor living and dining space. There is a built in book shelf in the living space and vertical space optimization in the other rooms as well, which is great for storing our items. The kitchen sink is deep and the laminate wood flooring is easy to clean. I love that there is a collaboration with the Spruce app and their affiliates when it comes to setting up cleaning, pet care and more. Cons- When we moved in, we found that the dishwasher tips over when loading dishes, food stains inside the cabinets, and the stove has old electric coils which causes a burning smell when cooking and have addressed this to maintenance within the first week of moving in. The maintenance person who visited assured us it was fine, but it has diminished our quality of life having to work around these things. It took maintenance at least two calls to even get our air conditioning back to living conditions and we luckily got the call early enough before the summer heat wave kicked in. Sometimes the garbage valet is late and the gate near our building has broken down at least twice where one side would close properly and the other is left open. It is also unfortunate that there aren’t enough carports near our building and some of the parking lot area have potholes. Also, when trying to call into the lobby for any questions or concerns, the phone line is always busy, so it’s best to walk-in. Despite the cons, we enjoy living here so far and would love to have our family visit us at Wildwood Apartments"

"Hailey was very helpful with our tour today! We scheduled a tour based on a recommendation from two friends who recently leased an apartment. Clean and inviting property, a variety of floor plans, and the garage cost is included with rent! We enjoyed Hailey’s bubbly personality and she answered our questions as best as she could. Definitely one on the top of our lists!"
