"Not a resident yet, but I did tour today, so this perspective is just coming from a potential tenant. The grounds look beautiful and the property seems to be very well maintained. Office/gym/pool look fantastic. Sarah S. was great to work with through email and on the tour. I thought I had settled on a unit layout prior to coming in to see the complex, but when I got there and talked about what I was looking for, Sarah did a great job answering my questions and we actually found a layout that better suited me. Appreciate that she was helpful in finding something even better than what I was initally looking for. Hoping to move in next month- if so, I’ll update my review to reflect my experience as a tenant!"
"Could have been better. Asked to see a 1 or 2 bedroom with the girl. Told neither available to show, with info giving for 1 bedroom. Prior to leaving I literally saw the other leasing agent the guy, take a couple on a tour on a golf cart leaving. Not sure if they are new but being a leasing agent myself looking for a new home just rather better energy and info giving."
"We feel so lucky that we get to live here! It’s quiet, surrounded by nature, great for dogs, and in a great location. Not to mention the amazing staff who are always there when you need them. The maintenance staff never takes longer than a day or two to come over and usually are in and out in 5 minutes with the problem solved. Love it here! Won’t move until I’m ready for a house."
"This is a wonderful place to live. It's always clean, maintenance responds quickly and the office is very helpful. The community is kind and safe, the trail is gorgeous and the dog park is HUGE. Highly recommend!"
