"In my opinion this was the worst apartment I’ve ever lived at. Between the pest and flooding problem the administration never seemed to care or show any urgency to get this dealt with. Washer facility also almost never worked. I couldn’t be happier to have moved out from this place."
"Great staff, Great service team. The 2 stars is for forcing the change of rent to online pay. Adding a service fee that we have to pay was unnecessary, using a 3rd party to have us pay rent makes it more difficult to pay rent and more money to bills. Whoever is in charge is seems to try and make it convenient for the apartment complex, not the customers. That is frustrating."
"Roaches everywhere!! Administration does not take accountability for their actions. They say they will take care of the problem and contact you but they never do. The apartments complex needs renovation and new management ASAP."
"I am scared I will not find other affordable apartments with such great service. I lived here for 3 great years (2017- ends of 2020). Administration and maintenance staff were always friendly and very accessible. The neighborhood was quiet and mostly clean. The patio's cealing had something looking lose once and they fixed it basically brand new without us really asking them to. I didn't request maintenance often (I would fix or solve myself with the things that I could), but the times I needed them the most, they were always there. There is accessible parking"
