"This was the worst living experience I’ve ever had. Do not move here! Management is rude they do not get back to you and give a lot of incorrect information. Sonja has the worst attitude and I had to raise my voice at her to get her to let me finish a sentence. Then started speaking with Kashmere and she just stopped responding. The property is dirty there is barely any grass and it’s not kept up well. They also have a huge roach problem not just in the building I lived in I had friends that lived in other buildings who had worse infestations. The worst part is even if management and pest control can’t fix the roach problem they will not Let you out of your lease so you’ll be stuck dealing with them for however long you signed for. It’s almost as if they know they know it’s and issue and just don’t care to get it fixed. There’s also issues with the buildings foundation. There were literally certain spots in my apartment where the floor dipped. Also, when you move in the apartment, might have stuff from the last tenant in there, and will be filthy This is how ours was give it to us, but of course we were expected to clean up at move out. Please listen to me when I say DO NOT MOVE HERE!"

"The experience I had when it came to the tour was amazing and very relaxing. Jalasia Lee was very welcoming and easy to talk to. She made sure that all my questions were answered. She made the experience a good one and didn't feel pressured about anything."

"I must say it’s been a great experience so far living at the Avery. From day 1 when I was just inquiring about available units…Sonja was very helpful, attentive and kind. She took the time to go over the different units, their prices and the difference between the newly renovated units and the regular units. They have had a change in management since I’ve been here and I must say every time I see Cashmere she is smiling and ready to answer any and every question I may have. Anytime I put in a work order it’s answered and completed either same day or next day. Overall my experience here has been one of the best, it really makes a difference when the office staff are so kind, friendly and willing to assist."

"I love it here! My family and I moved in 6 months ago and everything has been great. Ms. Sonja and the office staff are very welcoming and professional. The property upkeep is on point and the apartment looks just like the pictures. I have nothing wrong to say about the property. I love how they communicate and keep us informed on everything as well."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! My son, boyfriend and I moved here blindly and on our first night we noticed a lot of roaches. We spoke with the property manager who assured us things would be taken care of. We’ve been here almost 2 months and the roaches have yet to move out. Our apartment WAS NOT properly cleaned upon our move in leaving my boyfriend and I to have to completely scrub this place down before unpacking. The pool is dirty and the gates are always broken. Trash is usually thrown all over the place. Our rent is supposed to be $1650 however with all of the admin fees we’re paying $1800. What’s the point of paying so much when we can’t even enjoy the amenities. We pay for valet trash and our trash is rarely taken. The gym isn’t available for use. I absolutely regret moving here. The only good thing is the management is nice and so are our neighbors. However, I would not recommend ANYONE MOVE HERE. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!"
