"New management is just as rude and unhelpful as the last. Can’t even walk into the office to make sure a work order gets put in, they just brush you off and tell you everything is on the portal. Asked my boyfriend to walk down to the office because our dryer isn’t working and in the past I’ve put work orders in that the employees didn’t even realize were there until I emailed the manager 2 weeks after the fact. Manager didn’t even give him a name or an email address, just told him it’s all on the portal. Considering the last management company was a dumpster fire, I would hope that the new management company would actually want to, I don’t know, be helpful, instead of dismissive and rude? I have a feeling I’ll be reviewing again just to warn people to stay FAR FAR away from these trashy apartments."

"The new office manager Becky was amazing, and resolved all my issues within a day, from what the old management put me threw that was lingering for months, Very helpful and nice and love that we’re getting better care than we were!"

"Updated Review (11/20/23): Water Shut Offs are STILL an ongoing thing. Seriously, even worse is that the “heads up” email (which is not a heads up if they send it after it’s occurred) but the affected buildings they list are not accurate at all. Often times building 8 is affected even though the targeted building is 5. You would think how much we are being charged to live in these unkept apartments that they would FINALLY have their water issues figured out. Bottom line, if you enjoy having a consistent supply of water, DO NOT bother signing a lease here. Original Review: Don't bother moving in here. We are charged way too much to live in this poorly managed property. For the past 2 years we've been dealing with ongoing "water leaks" that often require water to be shut off for the entire property and typically we get an email notice AFTER it is already shut off, thanks for the heads up! The quality of the units are terrible. There's barely any insulation around the windows so there is always moisture which leads to mold if you don't pay attention. Drawers fall off their rails. Counters are chipped. The stairs around units are literally coming off the walls and platforms. Maintenance takes awhile to respond and rarely fix what they were actually requested to repair, but maybe they're too busy going around picking up all the garbage because the trash bins are always over filled and raided by raccoons or cats. Oh but the first floor units got "backyards" built. That's exactly what this place needed to make everything okay...."

"I have family that lives in this apartment, and has placed many work orders on different things that need fixed, mostly to be ignored, or to be told that they have a list of work orders and will get to theirs when they can (5 years of this, and most things not fixed or even inspected). The past 2 years the AC unit has quit on them and they send someone to “fix” it, but then the unit just runs all the time, causing the electric bill to be extremely high, because the unit has to work so hard to try and cool the apartment. Today, the hottest day in record time since 1980, there is no AC, and the apartment temp raised over 90°, making it very uncomfortable. The money this complex receives from their tenants should ensure the tenants to at least have their heat/AC working-even if they refuse to fix the leaking (draining) faucets - which they have, for over a year. I don’t recommend anyone put themselves or their families through the hassle and stress of living here. They do not care about you, they only care about how deep their pockets are."
