"Not trustworthy. Run for the flipping hills. I’m in the process of moving to Texas from out of state. I was told to send a money order for the deposit on the apartment through the mail. I sent it through priority mail and purchased a tracking number and insurance as well because I was asked to. While my money order was in transit and found out there was a cockroach infestation. I was uncomfortable and tried to talk about it with them but their vauge responses made me more uncomfortable. Since I hadn’t signed a lease I asked to cancel my application and have my money sent back. They said that wasn’t an issue and claimed to send my money order back on December 22nd. I still have not received it. They said there’s no tracking and that they’re not responsible. They can’t prove they sent it so for all I know they kept it and if they did send it like they said it was very unprofessional, neglectful and unresponisble that they sent it with no tracking, no insurance and not through priority mail especially when they asked that of me. My calls kept going to voicemail and had no calls back. I finally heard from a manger who basically said it’s not their problem. I just don’t understand how a business can be so irresponsible with an issue like this and with someone else’s money."
"The applying process is just ridiculous, I say move on. They're just going to try to come up with a reason on why they can't take you and just take your money."
"I’ve lived in these apartments since 2015 and now I’m starting to lose my mind cause: •I’ve had roaches crawl on me so many times when I’m sitting on the couch and laying in my bed •Our stove stopped working back in February and maintenance has yet to come out to look at it •Our fridge smells rotten when I open it but there’s nothing bad in the fridge so now I have to old my breath when I open up the fridge I can’t take it anymore. Whatever the pest people is spraying it ain’t working."
