"Lived here for over 5 years, started out in a one bedroom and never had any issues. We upgraded to a two bedroom, have had on going ac problems, having to have the fan on the unit always going or else it freezes up after numerous maintenance requests and it still not being fixed we just started to ignore the issue. Thats not to say that the maintenance people aren't amazing I just think they are under qualified in some areas. We have also had an on going roach problem, which we have been treated for multiple times and they just keep coming back. The pest control guy said he'd reach out to management about fumigation never heard anything back. We are clean people, I have two little ones so the fact that this issue isn't being resolved is disappointing."

"My rent jumped 200$ in a year and a half. The unit was filthy when i moved in, I had to pick paint out of the shower drain because the painters were sloppy. 1980s appliances, 2023 prices. I also recently found roaches in the kitchen. so embarrassing on the managers behalf. What a waste of my hard earned money. edit: i moved out and they are trying to charge us for a “broken door” the door itself wasnt broken, the wood it was connected to was so soft and rotted from years of them reattaching the door in the same spot without repairing the wood, i tried to fix it. calling maintenance or the office never was worth anything because i would either get no response or maintenance wouldnt show. what do you expect when the communication is bad."

"Martha Johnson the GM at AofC is AMAZING! She handled a little problem we had with neighbors in a professional and caring way. She is on top of her game here and does all she can to make every resident happy and safe. The grounds are beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet. The apartments are clean. The maintenance and the pest control is good. Would recommend."

"Once I move out they told me someone was already moving in on the 15th and told me to wait for my final move out bill. When it came in it was $1700 dollars. One months rent about $1200 plus $500 in late fees after she told me to wait for final bill. Ridiculous. The reason I moved out was because their maintenance sucks. It took them five months to fix my ceiling after a horrific leak from the apartment above and you’d guess right that it got fixed the week I moved out. Still dealing with the mess now!"
