"I am not sure why this hotel does not have better reviews. It is right off the highway and within 2 to 5 minutes of shopping and a good selection of chain restaurants near downtown Cleburne. The hotel lobby is clean and bright with fresh paint and new tile. The hallway carpeting is old but looked very clean. Although this hotel is older, the staff seems to be doing a wonderful job of keeping it up. There is a pool, and a light breakfast is available. They even have a laundry room. My room was clean (absolutely immaculate!), and although the air conditioning was not on when I arrived, I turned it on and the room was very comfortable within a few minutes. Parking is plentiful. To the hotel managers and staff: Keep up the good work, would definitely stay here again!"
"Location was good. Staff rude to elderly guest needing assistance. I booked a suite to relax. I drive trucks and didn't want to be cooped up in my truck the weekend. Go to hotel and stuff gave me a regular room but charged me my suite price. I was placed on 3rd floor but at end where you could hear all the noise from the pool area. As well as the guest in room next door. House keeping don't announce themselves they just knock and proceed to enter your room. They never changed my towels or cleaned my room my entire stay. I will never book here again. Best part was they location was not to far from my terminal and other stores."
"I've traveled all over the U.S. with 5 kids. This place is wonderful for a small town hotel! The owners are friendly and helpful. We stayed in a room with 2 doubles and a pull out couch. The couch would probably not be suitable for adults for more than one night, but the kids love it and slept great! Everything was clean, and they even had a small kitchen in the unit. I'm grateful for this place."
