"This place is a joke and they will scam you!! If you have guest come stay at your house.. they will tow their vehicle! It will cost you $300 to get it out. They don’t tell you when you move in that you need to go online and register your guest vehicle. Instead, will tell you where to park the vehicle and expect you read signs saying you need to go online and register it. Why they can’t tell you that when you ask.. it’s a scam. Them and capital towing get money for towing your vehicle. The staffing is rude and so is corporate. When asked why wasn’t I told when I asked where to park the guest vehicle.. their response is “read the sign”."
