"We lived there for two years without any serious issues. My only real problem was when we moved out. They charged us for touching up the paint, cleaning the carpet and cleaning the two bedrooms. Now, to me, we should not have been charged for normal wear and tear when we were there for so long. We have lived in many apartments and not once were we charged for anything."
"I lived there for 2 years in the one story units It's quiet and good neighbors on that side of the apartment complex. When we had maintenance issues they were always taking care of in a timely manner. The only reason I am given this place 3 stars is because when we moved out they charged us for some painting and cleaning the carpets this is the 1st apartment complex that I have ever lived in that charged you for normal wear and tear. I am just letting future renters be aware of this when you move out."
