"I have lived here for 3-4 years, and i have enjoyed living here. All my neighbors in my breezeway are all awesome and the management is amazing as well!!! Lola, Jamie, Terry and everyone throughout the office and maintenance are always kind and have a smile. My time here has come to an end, but the community will always have a great place in my heart."

"Community is peaceful. The manager is a very rude female. She talks to people like they are trash. Talking to her is beyond ridiculous. I truly regret signing my lease. The last conversation I had with her was the breaking point. I refuse to be talked to in such a rude manner. I DO NOT recommend this place unless you like being talk to in a hateful manner. Will not be renewing my lease unless there is new management."

"Staff is super nice and treats you like family. Safe place to live and maintenance is quick, especially for emergencies. You won't have roaches if you're really clean. If I ever move back to the area I'd live here again."

"Me and my boyfriend love living here. It is comfortable and quiet other than the trains that go by, but you get used to it pretty quick. Any issues or concerns that we have had have always been addressed and fixed. I would reccomend living here and I hope everyone else has the same experience as us here. To the office, thank you for always being understanding and on stand by for when we need help with something. Marcella, thank you for showing concern for my pup. Thanks for letting us make this place home."

"It's is a great place to live but they let just about anyone in. They don't give you a walk through cause they know you'll see the roaches. Reasonable rent and great deposit. The people that didn't like this place are probably the bad ones. But it all started with the management letting in those kind of people. Great place to live and unless you stay spice and span than yeah you'll have roaches. This place is infested. So someone's going to have it. G lad I live upstairs from a drunk who is trashy cause that's where all this breezeway roaches went."
