"I have been a resident here almost a year. Our prior management was good. However, I cannot say enough great things about Vickie and Jorge. Vickie is polite, personable, responsive, always has a smile and listens when you have something to talk about. Jorge is Johnny on the spot. Every maintenance request I have submitted has been addressed in no more than 24 hours and not only is he polite but he is very informative and keeps you up to date on your repairs. Their customer service is top notch and I am excited to see what the new ownership continues to do to upgrade the property. Updated as of 12/6/23 We have had a change in office staff and it is less than awesome lol office hours are essentially cut in half now, "events" are being planned for the middle of the week during the day and given notice with less than 24 hours to plan. Those of us who can make the last minute events are turned away during event hours because they are running out, but no one is present so where is the stuff going?? I have had floor glue seeping through the laminate for weeks and my heater blows cold. I love the complex itself and my neighbors are great. I understand staffing is an issue all around but not having someone on sight, that answers the phone (and email) has really changed how the residents feel here."

"Edit- I have to edit this review down to 2 stars because the maintenance man seems to refuse to do his job. This man seems to have it in his mind that he is an apartment manager. He needs to get off his rear and do his job. From 5/5 to 2/5. Apartment manager Melissa is awesome! She knows how to manage a property! Maintenance is on point as well. Had an issue with our shower and bath not running much water. Next day? Completely fixed. It's a quiet area. Sure, some people may get in an argument here and there, but that's what happens when you have people living so densely together. 10/10. I'm hoping I can afford to extend our lease. Maybe get a 2 bedroom 1 bath."

"I lived here for one year and all I can say is it was a wonderful place to live. Very clean, nice people and fast maintenance responses. I loved the manager very much! She was absolutely the greatest apartment manager I’ve ever known. I wish I could take her with me in the new apartments I’ll be moving into. Overall great place to live. Very beautifully remodeled interior was what sold me and great management"
