"When I first moved in, apartment has no A/C. Manager doesnt fix things fast. Took forever to "fix it". Now it's on, but doesn't cool the place down. There's a leak in the ceiling near the vent in hallway. Manager not very friendly. Would not recommend anyone renting here. Manager didnt care if I lost my job and was starting new one; she gave me a notice to evict and terminated lease. Would not recommend anyone renting here. I had good neighbors; told me that of you renew hour please chances are she'll jack up rent more than what you started with"
"I was told I needed to get my belongings out of the apartment by June 22nd 2022 and was there at the of office at 4 like they asked me to be able they did not answer the door or the telephone..I have a video documenting me being present before said time of 6 that they close at...I never received the "notice to vacate" and this is illegal withholding of belongings and emotional abuse if a single mother just to steal the belongings."
