"We have one of there agents managing our property as a rental. Over 2 years now, it has been a roller coaster. When something happens and a srevive company is called, regardless of how many times we told them to notify us, we would find out when we got our rent check and it was short. I even called the broker and complained. We just recently told the manager that we are going to sell the house and the agent notifies us on the spot that the tenants were buying a house and will be out in a few months. She knew and didn't tell us. Also find out that we only allowed 2 dogs and they have 3 and the manager knew. Our experience with marie was horrible. THEY ARE ON THE TENANTS SIDE NOT THE OWNERS WHO ARE PAYING THE FOR THEIR SERVICES!!! I called a few times to chew ass and they wouldn't talk to me cause I didn't sign the contract with them. I advise to not use them, like I said the broker who runs that office didn't careless what was happening. So if they screw us, what's to keep them from screwing you????"
