"This is my first apartment. I have lived here about 3 years now and all I can say is this place is great. It's pretty quiet other than the sirens from time to time but, it is located right across the street from a hospital (which to me is a major plus). The manager Cindy is amazing! If there are any problems, she is extremely quick to get them fixed. Our maintenance guy Tony is amazing as well. Very skilled at what he does. All the office staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They will help out anyway they can. The location is excellent as well. Being only about 2 to 3 miles from Azle, it's a quick drive to get whatever you need and back home. There are security cameras on every building. 2 dumpsters, a soda machine and a laundromat. Pet friendly as well. Overall, it's a great place to live. My kids and I are both happy here."

"My fiancé and I moved in about a month ago. This is our first apartment together. Cindy the office manager has been great!! She really has help us out with everything! Being first timers she has been very helpful! When we moved in there was some cosmetic issues in the kitchen and bathroom that we noticed when we moved in. We texted Cindy and she took care of it. Anthony the maintenance man he is very good and what he does he takes is time and very thorough. No complaints here!"

"Our maintenance man Tony is phenomenal! He is quick to fix any problems we have had, and always has a smile on his face. We recently had a leak in our bathroom from the upstairs neighbor, and Tony has been working to get things fixed up, painted, and looking pretty again. He always cleaned up after himself, regardless of us insisting we could do it. And he kept us in the loop of everything he was going to do before he did it. He works his hardest to keep all us residents happy, and fix anything we may need fixed!"

"I enjoy living here. It is quiet, every one is friendly. I have had things in my apartment break and maintenance is on top of it immediately. They are a dog friendly community which is hard to find now days. They also have washer and dryer connections and if you don’t have a washer and dryer you can rent one from them! I moved from Springtown and none of their apartments have hook ups. There is also a swimming pool. Also if you need anything management is always able to help you. I have lived places where they don’t return your call for days."

"I have been waiting for almost 4 months for the return of my deposit since I gave it to be able to rent with them in the end I decided that I no longer wanted to rent it there. I still had time to regret it because the apartment that was going to be for me was still occupied and I was waiting for people to evict, but I decided that I no longer wanted to rent there and I had already paid the deposit. I asked for it back. I’ve been insisting on the return for a long time and they still haven’t solved anything for me"
