"My son's a/c broke in August and the maintenance person said they could not fix it because they are unable to get a new coil!! Wait what?? He has a 1year old and 1 month old living in a duplex that is 85 degrees inside. The owners said they would give them 2 window unit but they only gave the one which is not big enough for the duplex. This place is a joke. I would not recommend anyone leasing from them."

"Christina Cleghorn I wish I'd read your review before I signed my lease a few weeks ago. No walk thru, yes my mistake, and now property mgr is MIA after numerous requests sent to them to have needed repairs done. Beware!"

"Renters beware! Tenants are treated poorly, like a second class citizens. Maintenance is very poor and very slow and many times does not exist. I noticed tenants paying contractors to have things fixed & doing maintenance they shouldn't have to. My many requests via phone & email were ignored. Property manager was completely incompetent. They took over $215 out of our deposit for carpet cleaning & a cleaning fee. The carpet was nasty old berber that had to be 15+ years old and it was filthy when we moved in. I was told they were going to replace it. I deep cleaned the place when we moved out & it was much, much cleaner than when we moved in. They still made up ways to charge the unjust deduction from my deposit. Fought with The arrogant owner over it. The theives charge $500 dog deposit and no one else charges that much. And what could he do to old nasty, smelly berber carpet anyway? Black mold in bathroom (see pic)& no pest control. I had to insist on it because of the ants, roaches & spiders. Was told "its ok, spray bleach on it" by property manager. My kids used that bathroom! Black mold is dangerous. There is nothing luxury about this place. They need to change the name. Everything in the place was cheap, cheap, cheap! Electric bills are high due to lack of proper ceiling & wall insulation. Walls are thin & you can hear your neighbor. Save yourself much hassle and stress and find somewhere else. These people only care about making money and not about providing a nice place to live for the high rent they charge. I regret ever staying there, but we were in a short transition and needed a place quick. If you decide to live there, make a check list or you will get blamed for damage caused by the prior tenant. It's now been over a year & I cringe when I think about that place."
