"Our AC has been broken for 3 weeks. Was told they needed to order a part that was under warranty. Then was told part would be in on the 10th of August. Then was told part was back ordered so they couldn’t get it. Then was told they’d “try” to get us a new unit but needed approval. Then was told they hadn’t gotten approval because of a water boil notice but they’d send an email. I had to send my disabled daughter to stay with family as it is too hot in our apartment for her to be here. They gave us 2 portable ac units. It’s still 90 degrees in my apartment. I’m a night nurse who went 3 days without sleep because it was too hot in my apartment to sleep. Had to go stay at a friend’s house. Can’t cook meals in the apartment due to it being too hot, so my oldest kids are living off uncrustables and fruit and fast food. This is ridiculous. It’s also illegal."
"So I am a current resident where I'm paying 1350 a month for a 3 bedroom with a garbage disposal that breaks almost every time I use it, the dryers all 3 of them do not function. Worst of all this is the first month they are mandating rent with in-app or online payment, to use anything other then a direct bank account link it cost me $50 for processing. You heard me right $50 to pay my bill and if you dont want to link a bank account then its mandatory. Just something to help you consider if this place is really right for you"
"The price for the apartment are extremely high. The maintenance sucks! I have multiple things that needed fix before I moved in and I've been here for almost 7 months and it's still not fixed! The maintenance guy will wait until you leave to go into your apartment and not even leave a note to indicate he was there.... so who even knows if he's actually in their doing his job. The pool is never clean, always green with algae. I would not recommend this complex! I've wasted my money on a place I can't feel like home!"
