"They listed the property next to us that has no access from road. Instead of parking along the road, they parked in our posted gateway, drove in the mud along our fence-leaving ruts and making a HUGE eyesore, besides trespassing inside the fence on posted property! Not only are the ruts on that side but are on BOTH sides of our gateway! Parking in someone elses gateway is totally beyond unprofessional, besides having the audacity to drive along a fence line leaving ruts! Maybe they need some ruts along the front of their place-see if they think thats acceptable. No offer to compensate or even fix the mess we get to look at for months to come. I would never use a realtor with such unethical business practices!"

"I took time off work, lost pay, wasted time and gas, and drove almost 3 hours, round trip, to see a property that was already under contract because the listing agent, Krisha Hesteande, failed to inform my agent that a potential offer was already on the table (based upon what I was told, negotiations were taking place prior to my agent's inquiry). Had we been told this, we would have canceled or delayed our visit to see the property. When I informed Parker Properties of my displeasure with their business practices, the presumed owner, Randy Parker, was dismissive and nonchalant. This company clearly needs lessons in professionalism. Be careful if you deal with Parker Properties--clearly, you must question what they tell you. I may look into whether TREC violations were committed: It really feels like something shady went down with this transaction."
