"I must start off by saying that Amy Davis is the best!! From the moment I showed interest in the Laredo she has been by my side ever since to assist with anything I needed. Stephanie and Anna are also awesome! The staff at The Laredo is top tier and the best there is. They are so welcoming, helpful, and accommodating. Since the complex is brand new, the apartments are very modern and up to date. The complex itself is also amazing and comes with great amenities. The gym is my personal favorite of all the amenities The Laredo has to offer! It’s the nicest gym I’ve ever seen in an apartment complex! The location is great being right off 380 and 287. Everything you need is within close proximity such as Walmart, local restaurants, and small shops off the Decatur square."
"My experience at The Laredo Apartments has been great so far. From the moment I showed interest, to the paperwork in between, moving in, and any questions or needs present-day, this team has been fantastic. Amy, Stephanie, and Anna are wonderful. They not only do their jobs, but it’s clear that they actually care about the residents and you don’t always find that! They have been accommodating, caring, and beyond! I am excited to see all of the buildings and amenities finished. This team has kept the community in tip top shape so far. I do recommend this community to anyone needing or wanting an apartment."
"This apartment complex is brand new. Of course, with construction there were delays that were frustrating. It was evident the staff was empathetic. They are friendly and quick to respond when we have questions. My husband and I feel so fortunate to have found a place like The Laredo. The location is a great area with easy access to either Hwy 380 or Hwy 287. The amenities are something we don't see in any other apartment complex in or around Decatur. Just be patient because when you get to your home, you're just gonna love it here!"
