Sunshine Village Apartments

"This place is not it it was only 600 dollars a month and now it 800 and now it’s 850 and than 900 and than 950 dollars a month and the pools is never open and when it’s is the water is green and no like just no and the landlord is mean she blames everything on me and little kids out side keep ding dong ditching my apartment it’s annoying I let it slide because there just kids but I can’t any more and ever night I get home there is a guys who loves in front of us who is passed out drunk in the middle of we’re I get to my door and this old man is creepy and someone robbed my car they broke my windows and our apartment is always getting trash I lock the door but some how my apartment still get trash and the landlord thinks that I’m recking my apartment I don’t recommend these apartments I’m sorry but if you don’t believe me go ahead live there ."

"These apartments are VERY disruptive ever since new tenants have moved in. They constantly play loud music and yell as much as they please. They are such nuisances, and yet nothing seems to be done to change it, despite multiple calls about them. I highly recommend you do not move into these apartments, or near them, unless you’d like to constantly deal with these annoyances everyday, all day."

"My parents stopped by this afternoon to check out available apartments and were pleasantly surprised with the excellent customer service and friendliness of Connie in front office. They also loved the apartment, the townhouse and loft. They are spacious, clean and very cute. They loved the overall atmosphere of the office and all the surrounding apt complex area. They are looking forward to hopefully making Sunshine Village Apartments their next place to live. Kudos to Connie!!"

"The apartments are recently remodeled and they're great. They did a great job and I believe Phase 2 is starting sometime this month. I am in love with the large apartment layouts! Have not had any issues."

"This review is my own opinion and experience living here at La Casita.This is a nice place to live. Rent is cheap crime has gone down alot in the past few years. Construction going on right now major inprovments to the parking lot as well. Managers and maintenance are very helpful and professional. All maintenance related problems with the apartments are addressed within 24 hours unless it's an emergency. every now and then you do encounter bad neighbors and weirdos but the managers act quickly to prevent any escalations or problems. Cats are welcome and small to medium breed dogs do require an extra deposit. I live in the section near the managers office all my neighbors are great people quiet and respectful. BBQs and small Hangouts are allowed within reason. We're not allowed to take over the common areas like the sidewalks or parking lots ect. People here like there space and peace."
