"Mediocre facilities for the price. Besides unfair rental practices. Look at your contract before you move in. Signed a contract for a year and there was a change of ownership of the company. At time of renewal contract dates were extended and at the end of the second year they would not let me out of the contract claiming that they did not have a copy of the original contract. Had to incur in additional expense with attorney fees. Be careful."

"This was the worst, most poorly managed place I have ever lived. The AC had to be cranked down to 50 to get anywhere close to 70. When I notified maintenance of this they said the fact that it gets below 75 is good enough. The countertops were painted with cheap paint. None of the light switches matched. Paint was blotchy and not a consistent color throughout. AND when I moved out they charged me for items I know were not completed. Like painting, the walls looked like garbage when I moved in so I doubt any effort was made to change that when I moved out. The front office was constantly coming up with reasons to enter residents residence with little to no notice. The front office staff was normally rude, and unable or unwilling to answer questions I had about security, maintenance issues, and timelines for when they would be attempting to enter my home. My door deadbolt would constantly jam making it difficult to lock my door securely. Do not move here. The inside looks like garbage, they will scam you by fraudulently charging you for items that were never done and the front office will constantly try to enter your residence with no notice. I would give zero stars if I could."

"I’ve been here nearly 3 years. Rent was fair when I moved in. But with fees and increased rent, what I’m paying isn’t worth it. The dwelling itself is just too old and needs a lot of renovations. Interior and exterior doors don’t close or lock properly after a while because building shifts. So, pest control and security concerns are always present. Washer/dryer, cabinets(composite wood), and plumbing are all subpar and outdated. Pest control goes every few months so requesting individual service monthly becomes necessary sometimes. On the other hand, the community is very friendly and quiet and the neighbors are such a delight."

"I recommend to anyone looking for a more than decent apartment to lease! Very please with how fast and efficient maintenance solves whatever issue it is we need. Sierra Apartments is a truly beautiful apartment complex. Very well kept, spacious, and very dedicated staff that are eager to help out whenever they are called upon."
