"i like it here so much! moved in last year and our lease just ended and we transferred to a 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment and the process was so easy and fast. management is really nice and respectful! didn’t want to move to a different apartment complex because the neighbors are quiet and everything is calm here. definitely recommend it here!"
"I wouldnt recommened this place to no one. There's was things that needed fixing and complaints they never followed through. I had a neighbor that was selfishand inconsiderated toward the othet resident's. They dont deserve no stars. The people working in the office ate rude and dont even smile nor sound welcoming."
"The Oak Terrace staff was helpful from beginning to end; it was the first stop on my apartment search throughout the RGV and I came back because it was the best. The extras (walking track, laundry, gym, pool) are always clean and accessible. No complaints about neighbors, very peaceful at night. The gate gave me peace of mind as I travel for work and my wife was alone at times. All around a great place to live."
"Oak Terrace is a great place to live. I lived here about 12 years ago and liked it so much that when the need for an apartment came up again I would stay nowhere else! The ladies at the management office go out of their way to help out and have made my move in a pleasurable experience. Any issues with my apartment have been dealt with promptly. My children have 2 pools to cool off in on hot summer days and a well maintained playground! im looking forward to playing tennis and basketball with them on the courts as well! Oak Terrace is a great choice!"
"Just moved in and am very pleased with my move in experience. They showed me different options before moving in and the apartment was very clean. I notified them of lights out and low hanging branches in the jogging trail, and they quickly fixed all the lights and cleaned up the trees. Any problems have been fixed extremely fast. Pool are cleaned, neighbors are friendly, and they continually have people cleaning up and keeping the area clean. I have had no bad experience since moving in. I would recommend this place to my friends and family"
