"Comfortable, but the water problem was unbearable. Our bottom floor had flooded at least 3 times and soaked the furniture and toys in the floor. All due to some sort of problem with the draining. Neighbors in the same building had that issue, and we all blamed each other. Honestly, no answer was given. We'd wake up to a soaked floor, and broke the dryer from so many heavy, soaked towels being dried just to dry the floor."
"I'm currently living in the Harlingen estates. I've had bees,honeycomb,maggots, mice ,and an ac. That doesn't cool the townhouse. I'm very fed up with this place. Mrs Kathy Pool does nothing to fix the problem. Just temporary solutions. "Put up curtains to keep your upstairs cool" " close the vents downstairs to keep cool upstairs " " keep your bread in the fridge. So the mice won't get to it" . Take it from there. Would you want to rent here? I have patience to let these people do their job. But I'm all tapped out. Don't rent here."
"If I could give no stars I would. The woman who was in charge was so rude! She rejected us before we could introduce ourselves. I wouldn't consider this place again in the future nor would I recommend this place to anyone I know."

"largest apartments i'v found in the area. Survived hurricane dolly with minimal damage. don't know what the other reviewers are talking about, reasonably clean my apartment was just renovated. Although i think its under new management as of last year."
