"I have lived here for 4 yrs, the first 3 were good till some company took over, my apt became infested with roaches and I have mold on the ceiling. I asked to be let go of my contract so I can move out and they told me no. I highly recommend NOT moving in here. The water also smells like rotten egg in the morning when I run it. Most times I'm not sure if I will have running water and the electricity in my bathroom flickers when I run my hair dryer."
"I lived here for a year the only reason we r leaving is because we got an rv. Great place to stay especially with the roller rink across the street. Office ladies are nice and understanding. Maintenance is good and will come when needed. You can hear your neighbors sometimes. Felt very safe living here."
"They managed to fill my apartment with the smell of paint thinner while working on the adjacent building. As you can tell from the previous reviews the management is poor and is in serious need of replacement."
"Parked my car here for 20 minutes to see my cousin before I left town, and it was towed when I came out to leave. Went the next day to the office to discuss the issue, and was given ridiculous false accusations of how we've been partying, and they've been meaning to tow my vehicle. It's not safe for family"
"I am a current resident and my ac unit just went out and instead getting a new unit they spent 6 days to fix it. I am so disappointed with this place they did even seem concerned about my issue. Then they offered a very small fee of next months rent like really I've been sweating all day for almost a week and that's all you offer. I don't recommend it here there better places than this for the same price with newer appliances and cabinets and basically everything else."
