"I lived here for a little over 4 years and can’t say enough how great of an experience I had. The manager Christina and maintenance are beyond amazing and there to help you. Any issue I had over the years, which I did not have many, they were very prompt in solving the matter. I am so appreciated for all their support when it came time for me to move out and start my new chapter. You will not be disappointed choosing to live here. The apartments are very spacious, in good condition and the area is peaceful and family friendly."

"Beautiful place to live but poorly run. When my family had first moved in management was excellent, but the current manager shows that she cares little about enforcing the rules of the community. She'll pass out fliers about what we shouldn't do, but if called due to other tenants not following rules. She'll lie to your face & act as if she's doing anything about it while the other tenants continue to break said rules. Whether it's your neighbors being loud, extremely messy, broken blinds in the windows, don't expect for any such enforcement. Expect a reoccurring flier to be sent out to everyone with no reprocussions if you choose not to follow. There is mold on almost every building in the back, but she only cares to maintain the buildings she shows to prospect renters. She also told us if we have a problem with a tenant to see if we can talk to them about it. AS IF IT'S OUR JOB. Why be an apartment manager if your too shy or are scared of confrontation ? Do your job & enforce the rules. If your on her or the maintenance guys bad side, EXPECT to get skipped by pest control. When asked why we were skipped, the only answer we were given was "I don't know". We've paid our rent on time for the past several years & have always maintained an extremely clean environment, but don't expect for anyone to care about it. If you ever have an issue here, its best to just keep it to your self since current management is the laziest it's been under."

"Very clean, well maintained. Loved that there are rules in place that must be followed concerning speed limit in area, coutesy hours for keeping noise level down. Monthly exterminator visits. Apartments are energy efficient. Management is very helpful and always available. Safe place to live!"

"Going on 3 years, and we are comfortable. We like the area, management is friendly, if anything comes up or doesn’t work, just let them know. They spray every month, so no pests. We are impressed."

"Currently living here and I love it. Going on a year and a half and haven't had any problems. The A/C has gone out a couple of times but was fixed as early as the same day. I'm in a two bedroom town home in between two other units so noise disturbances are expected. The inside of the apartments are really nice and the area is well kept and clean. Love that they have a gym, allow pets and is in a good part of Harlingen. The manager is nice and has been helpful with any questions I've had. The apartment I'm in was built in 2012 I believe and they're building more so for them being the price they are is actually really good. Highly reccomend this place."
