"I loved being here but honestly they had a problem with roaches I would complain every week even thought they did the “pest control” but they really wouldn’t do nothing.. another thing they would go into my apartment all the time and they would make up an excuse saying “ I need to fix the ac” or just excuses for the fire detector but late at night ?? But I wouldn’t complain of any problems of the ac or anything like that and they would say that until one night I come home from work and I knock out in the living room I had my doors locked and my start hearing the door open and I hear keys and they turn on the light and I panicked bc I got scared and I told them what they where doing at my apartment and they said they need d to check the air vent ? This was at around 10. Mind you most of the employees the janitors live in the apartment complex… I would rate this a 0 but these apartments were very schetchy."

"I really loved living here when I first came in I just moved in and literally less than two weeks ago and everything seemed great until I realized that it has huge flying roaches and it freaked me out the other day. My husband closed the vents and yet they are still coming in somehow and they have no idea how today I killed three and I don’t like to have to deal with this because I am pregnant and my husband is gone for work for a month, so I feel extremely uncomfortable now and really wondering about my stay here. I am from up north, so I am not used to this at all."

"I love living at this complex. When I needed to find a place to stay, I needed something quick and Gabby at the front desk was extremely helpful and made all the paperwork super easy. I was able to sign all documents over the phone. I've needed maintenance done in my apartment unit and Jose is really reliable and quick in his response time. He has been working here for years, so he is extremely knowledgeable in our maintenance needs. Its a quiet community with all the amenities. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for an apartment."
